Absolute horrible service. The oversized employee ( janesha ) wearing the green shirt is very rude, she blatantly ignored me outside the pickup window and told the other employees to let me wait. The drive through had 9 cars, I ordered 4 minutes ago. 1 small smoothie, the drive through is now empty and I still have not received my order. The only pleasant employee is the young lady wearing black glasses. Dirty environment and disgusting attitudes

Waited 10mins to make two smoothies when I got my lil angels it was watery & not sweet like they didn’t add the Turbinado in it they also don’t ask if you want sweet strawberries or unsweet they just make it then the lil black boy bring my smoothie with the top half way on it until the lady took it from him & she put the top on it right a lot of young kids I will NOT return back

If you’re coming to this smoothie king you can bet money you’ll wait an additional 10 minutes until you receive your order. I never doubt that the smoothie itself will be fine. However, I wish the customer service would match the overall experience. Whenever I find suit, I try my BEST to avoid this location.

I was ordered the smoothie like protein and it was not and I told them that I want whey protein and unsweetened almond milk and berry and did not follow the instructions what I want and they making the blueberry heaven and it was taste awful and make me feeling nauseous and it is not worth over 8 dollars and I thrown it away and they don’t know how to make the protein what I want

I was not going to do a review but the best location to go to is the camp creek area by Racetrac. Camp creek location knows how to make the smoothie bowl. I normally get bowl and every time I come to riverdale the açaí is liquidity. It should be frozen . The camp creek area make it right all the time and it taste so much better . This riverdale store needs new people , more improvements and more training to make a bowl . It should not be hard to make a frozen açaí bowl . I just don’t understand the logic. Customer service can be better and this my last time coming to the area.

Couldn't pickup my drink at the window. Had to wait in line at the drive thru. Then I got lectured for not stopping at the speaker to tell them my name in the name of "setting expectations". I just wanted my drink in a hurry on my way to work.

I’ve been to this location, hoping for a change, because it’s closer to my home. This is by far the worst location that smoothie king has. My thing is, if you don’t want the job, why take it? You’re literally spoiling the brand! Smoothie King headquarters need to do some firing asap!There’s this young black guy who works there. I only go there hoping to find him,His grace is amazing. He indeed is deserving of a higher position. Please start with supervision or training supervisor. Because he makes exceptional smoothies and he represents your brand! Please remove those who don’t. Reason being, customers will be lost! I will try again in February.Good luck to you all.

I asked for a military discount upon my order and was told to show it at the window. I did this and they verified the date on my ID as expired (which I already knew) and the manager who was female said she couldn’t apply the discount. I did not go forth with order.What does that say for all veterans? A veteran is someone who has served for more than 180 days on active duty. Notice the past tense verb *Served.What if I was a disabled veteran medically discharged years back, and she had said this?Basically, I took what the manager said as saying hay my service to this nation had expired as well. I am an Afghanistan War Veteran.If you are veteran, I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

This is the worst smoothie king I have ever been to… the bowls are not freshly made. I ordered a go goli crunch bowl and received açaí soup with no blueberries…I told the young lady the bowl was made wrong. She grab the bowl back to only put 3 blueberries. yuck, I’m never returning.

"Smoothie King has incredibly friendly staff! While prices lean on the higher side, you get generous servings. You can't go inside because it's a drive-up only. Be alert when driving; it's nestled sneakily between two buildings. Worth the visit!"
