My daughter stopped by to pick up a foot long club for her road trip for work. The restaurant was clean, the sandwich was made and dressed exactly as she requested. A fast in and out and we were quickly back on the road to her drop off location. She said the sandwich was fresh and delicious.

The manager was on the phone while trying to take my order. Very unprofessional. Then, due to him being on the phone, I had to repeat that I wanted my sandwich toasted 3 times!!! Get off the phone when handling a customer.

I came in the guy put so little meat on my b.m.t. he literally spaces everything out. I asked and he was like this is how we do things. I have been coming to subway over 25 years. I will not be back here. Maybe if they stay off their cell phones that may help.
