I went back to the same Taco Bell today—this time with my wife—and the moment we pulled up and heard the voice on the speaker, we just knew. My wife turned to me and asked, “Is this the lady you were talking about?” I smiled and said, “It sounds like her!” And sure enough, Syneka and the team did not disappoint.
The service was warm and welcoming, the food was hot, fresh, and perfectly portioned. There’s a noticeable difference when Syneka is working—she brings a level of consistency, hospitality, and pride that takes the whole experience to another level.
As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I can say with confidence: this is what fast food should feel like.
Shout out to Syneka and the Riverdale Hwy 85 Taco Bell team—you’re doing it right!

I don't see how this place has over a 3 rating. I ordered a crunchwrap and got nothing but lettuce, a smidge of meat and a dab of cheese. I don't know why I haven't learned my lesson and keep going to taco bell knowing it's at the bottom of the totem poll.

Manager and employees are some of the most unprofessional people in have ever seen in my life. Dine there at your own peril!
Unfortunately one of the worst taco bells I have been too. Missing a bunch of items in my bag, the nacho cheese sauce was as watered down as water itself. Extreme attitude from a worker who was asked to wait so that we could look at the menu. Not only was the nacho cheese wattery, but the fries themsleves looked like Mcdonalds fries from the lack of seasoning and taste. Luxe cravings "boxes" were threw in the bag messily leaving to differentiate between meals, as well as items we ordered not even present, missing overall, and the items we did have barely above par.

I order 6 steak chalupas, 3 soft tacos, and crunchy nachos from drive thru. I ask for hot and fire sauces for my tacos. The Hispanic lady that was taking my order hand me my food. I look inside the bag and saw only hot 5 sauces and didn’t see any fire sauces. I ask for it and she gave me 3. First off, I basically order like 10 tacos which I spent nearly $60 bucks for everything and you guys acting greedy with sauces? Cmon now. Be reasonable when ppl ask for some sauces. I meant a handful. SMH therefore I was already upset, I went inside and show the lady at the front my receipt and ask for more sauces. Like how hard is it just to give ppl extra sauces when they spent that much? Not going back. Poor customer service.

For some unknown reason 🤔 I just wanted a Taco 🌮 and a Burrito 🌯. Now I can honestly say that it was well worth the wait. Everything was fresh and delicious 😋 😍. The cashier as well as the grill person, young lady. They were very courteous and very helpful in assisting me in my order there. I got the regular Taco 🌮 with a Burrito 🌯 meal. Very little sour cream 😋 and i can assure you that it went down soooooooo good. So, if you're ever in the mood for something totally different 🤔. Try Taco 🌮 Bell 🔔 🤔
