I don’t even know where to start. This place use to be the actual burger spot when they first opened years ago. The food and customer service has gone downhill ever since! The ingredients have changed and you guys think nobody would notice. Get back to your standards or this place will keep going down hill and out of business. Overpriced food for subpar food.
I came today 1/3/26. I ordered on the dash app. I arrived to the store with no greeting. Big boy was in the back just running his mouth to the cook for at least 3-4 mins even looked at me before coming to the register. No hello, just are you “Eric”? Well damn what’s up to you too. By the time I got my food, fries were cold and barely any seasoning, burger undercooked and light skin. What has happened to this place?

I ordered double cheeseburger , 6 lemon pepper wings and Cajun fries with drink at 230 in the afternoon by six pm that evening I felt nauseous and by seven pm I was up all night about six or seven times throwing up and diarrhea! This my third time trying dat burger and it’s a bad experience twice! So thanks but no thanks!

Very disappointed with my order. Items I do not eat and did not request were added to my sandwiches, which shows a lack of attention to detail. The food quality was also poor — the sandwiches were sloppy, the bread was mushy, and the patties were overcooked. Overall, not a good experience.

Was told that purchasing onion, tomato and lettuce would mess up their inventory! Lol ordered the 808 burger wasnt aware that you have to “freestyle” the burger to add lettuce onion and tomato. It was printed on the receipt in special request and I still wasn't informed or corrected to do it the right way while at the location. Also the lady was very rude and blunt about handling the situation. I frequent this location and order my burger the exact same way, every time. Staff didn't try to work out a solution even though I offered to pay for the inventory of onion, lettuce and tomato. Lol So I paid 13$ for a regular cheeseburger that was pretty much burnt on the bottom.

I was in the area and I’ve been hearing about the Vegan Burgers so I had to give it a try.
Heading it, That Burger Spot #1 was very clean. I headed over to the kiosk to place my order. Scrolling through the options, I added all I wanted. I added on my fries, paid and waited to the side for my order to be completed.
As I was waiting for my food to be finished one of the employees called me to the counter. To my dismay the location was out of vegan cheese. As the vegan cheese cost extra and there was nothing cheese wise that I could swap it out with I was just out of luck. The employee was very nice even though there was nothing she could really do for me. She broke the news to me gently and was very apologetic. 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Once my order was ready I was on my way. The presentation was beautiful and the flavor profile of the food was amazing. The fixings were fresh and the burger bun was soft and warm. Though I needed the cheese to really take it to the next level, it was a good meal and I would order it again. However, I will ask if vegan cheese is in stock before placing my order.

When I arrived at the establishment, I needed to place three orders. It was for a family member’s birthday. With that being said one of my family members had specifically said they do not eat bacon. While the other wanted pepper jack cheese. I then went ahead and put my order into the system, which took me about 5 to 6 minutes due to the process. After putting everything together at the end of the process, I went ahead and chose to pay at the counter with cash so I can get my veterans discount. It sent a receipt to me and after sending the receipt, I took the receipt on my email up to the counter. Someone then came and met me at the counter and said oh our machines are down. I said that’s fine. I’m just here to pay for my meal. They didn’t specified that they didn’t know how to enter a veterans discount and that since they couldn’t find a way to locate my order on their machine, I would have to go back through and place all three orders again. I then went back and placed all three orders again, which took another 6 to 7 minutes. During this time, a lady next to me placed an order and for some reason, she said her payment was declined when speaking to another associate, they simply told her that you would have to place the order again and try a different form of payment because again they had no way of tracking her order. She said I refuse to spend another 15 minutes placing my order because you guys have a faulty system and no way to just transfer the order over so I can pay for my food. I’m leaving. Love with that being said since I had special dietary restrictions on what I ordered I figured they would give me my burgers labeled specifying which burger was what when I receive my order I asked was the burgers labels and they told me no I’m sorry I kept looking at them and eventually they said OK we apologize. We will label the burgers. She then took apart my order went back and seemed to pull out a sharpie and start writing things on the outside of my burgers. I took that as she was labeling them. She didn’t stapled my order back up, handed it back to me and I left. Upon returning home, my family members opened up the bag and immediately expressed confusion on which burger was theirs because there were no signs of labeling on the bag or the burgers. We didn’t decided to open up the burgers and look inside to see which burger is what because I specifically said one of the burgers will not have bacon. One of the burgers will have pepper jack cheese. All burgers had bacon.
I will not be returning to this location. They’re lack of customer service and consideration for their customers, and not communicating that their system was down hindered every part of the process of me getting a good meal.

Ordered it through door dash and the food was top tier … no lie this was the best burger and fries that I’ve ever tried .. literally everything was fresh 🤤 have no pictures cause the food was that good 🥴

I love supporting our small black business, I must say most time I shouldn't have to pack alot of patients but I do.
I had a taste for the burger joint for months, I drove pass 3 very popular burger fancies not included burger king or mc Donald's, as soon as we walked in it wasn't a warm welcoming vibe, we had to figure out that we had to order from a kiosk, after placing our and spending more the $30 for two bugers onion rings no drink or dessert is pretty hefty. Also the kiosk is cool but didn't noticefy me they were our of sweet potatoes fries and tomatoes, didn't add pickles either.
Is it to much to ask to show a little more customer service when spending big bucks on a gourmet food
