Just got my Grubhub order. Ordered the Just Wakin Up turkey burger! Not only did I not get the fried egg, mayo. The burger patties were the size of breakfast sausages!!! I've been trying to call, left a voicemail, still waiting to hear back. Have been to this location twice, TRUST this will be the LAST time if there is no resolution!!!
UPDATE: So, after adding this review, someone responded asking that I email my contact information to [email protected]. Well, I emailed and guess what??? Got ABSOLUTELY NO response back! Even checked Spam. Just sad! THAT Burger Spot, go ahead and keep my money. But know that it's the principle!

I usually don’t do this, but I came to this spot because it was black owned! We placed our order at 9:00pm , we didn’t get our order until 10 pm. It’s completely understandable that the burgers are made to order, but when I have waited an hour for the food for the fries to be cold and so damn oily that I had to go home and squeeze the fries with a paper towel so my stomach doesn’t hurt from all the oil, and I had to put them in my air fryer, and the fact that I went out of my way to add the fries cause they don’t come with the burger… Also, they didn’t change their oil so they came so brown, they were not fresh… The slushie literally tasted like faucet water, like literally. The burger was good but I bit it and my stomach started bubbling… I don’t know man… maybe I’ll try a different location because this one wasn’t it… then I don’t want to get started on these non customer service ass young people… this is just so disappointing cause I could of went somewhere else…

The only downside was, it was to-go only. No seating available for dine-in. Other than that, one of the best burgers I've ever had. Also got an order of wings that were pretty good.

When purchasing multiple burgers there should be some kind of label on each one. Two of our burgers were double pattied and super salty.

Hands down the best burger I've had ,it was my time and my boyfriend took me ,we kinda foodie type of people and always fun for great food spots very fulfilling and those Cajun fries are a hot! Will be back!

Ordered 2 burgers onion rings and crinkle fries. The burgers were disgusting. We asked for grilled onions lettuce tomato bacon and pickles. The onions were burnt they didn't put any bacon or tomato and a couple pieces of shredded lettuce. Ordered crinkle fries got steak fries and the onion rings were burnt. The hamburger was so nasty looking and black like the grill had not been cleaned in days. I will be calling Monday for a refund and if not I will be calling my credit card company. Its so frustrating paying over 30.00 for 2 hamburgers and they throw u garbage. UPDATE: I called the store this morning and the owner refunded my money and offered to remake the food. I noted that I would update the review. Thanks
My son absolutely loved the burger and fries. You better order ahead of time. We sat for about 45 minutes waiting for our order. If they posted wait times it’d help. Other than that it was great food.
