Waisted my time driving over here.
Closing early. Lied about having what I wanted. We drove 45 minutes only because I was told they have what I wanted. Rude, and bad customer service.

This place is ripping you off. They have no scales in there so they are telling you they are giving you a pound of meat but the guy in the back is just eyeballing it. And the girl with the glasses in the front is so rude and and unintelligent. I had to explain the difference between dry weight and liquid ounces to her and she got mad that I did not want to pay for a guess. They are full of it and I will never go back here. My wife still got her rib tips and when we waited it was 12 oz they screwed us out of a whole quarter pound of food.

This was my first time trying the chain since I moved down here. The ribs were okay. However, I don't appreciate how gratuity is automatically added on to carry out orders. I realize the price of everything has gone up but just add it to the price of the food. I don't want to be surprised when I have to pay.

This shit is nasty as hell. They used to be good now they need to shut down. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! VERY DISGUSTING!!!!

I don't normally write reviews but this is a must. I ordered the $10.00 2 pc chicken with mac & cheese. When I got home, I was surprised to have 2 pieces of EXTREMELY DRY chicken. I was so upset that I immediately came to write this review. That's how upset & embarrassingly disappointed I was.
I was expecting not only a delicious plate of food, but at least average quality. Maybe, I was expecting more from a black owned business. I'm disappointed because I belived that this business was a great representation of our culture. They have let me down. This is sadly embarrassing for our culture. The server should have not given that chicken to any customer. It should have been put in the trash long before I arrived.
The worst part is, I was too exhausted to go back to complain and really didn't want to argue about it. I will never return to any of these store. I wasted my time & money. I'm truly hurt about this. We have to do better. Please! Please!
