They offered a 2 for 35.00 meal , however they were out of everything available for that price point. No baby back ribs or fried wings. No cornbread and rude service to boot. No thanks, I'll take these 45.00 somewhere else. On have had their meals and services before and wasn't impressed then either. Thanks for reminding me I m not missing anything by driving on by...... This actually isn't it!

I came in @ about 815pm every thing was dried out nothing was fresh,what seem to be a teen was going back and forth with a lady about cabbage which she forgot out of frustration. I ask for fried pork chops they said they were getting ready to close but the website says they close at 10:00pm then a young lady came out and said hurry up so we can go home start breaking down. As I was leaving I saw other cars coming.This experience was awful the customer service was non existent. ?Do better

The ribs weren't tender I asked for extra gravy on my dressing and I almost didn't have dressing my dressing was extremely dried mack and cheese was just ok and I bought the 3 ribs meat I should have looked at it because the bones were small and hardy any meat on themWHAT A DISAPPOINT MEIM SORRY THAT THIS IS IT RESTAURANT IS NOT WHAT IT JUST TO BETHE QUALITY OF THE FOOD IS SO LOW I'M SAD ABOUT THAT

Today is 12/19/2023 I got my food around 12:30ish I ordered 3 rib bones Mac and cheese and yams. I’m not sure who the cook is or what’s going on but this is one of the most nasty disgusting things I have ever spent my money on. The ribs were not tender it smelled old the mac and cheese had an awful aftertaste. The cook who cooked my food today should BE FIRED. Do not eat at the riverdale location please RUN

This was the most disappointing meal I've ever had. The dressing was unseasoned cornbread..the gravey was can chicken soup..Mac and cheese was tasteless and worst of all peach cobbler was thick crusted can peaches that were very hard. For this meal I paid 30.00 because I asked for two quarters of baked chicken that were the size of biddies. Never again. I can't believe this food was so tasteless. This business has gone down!!!!

Ok back in the day they when I first moved to Atl this is it hands down but with the sky high prices they charge now the meager portions you get on some menu items prime example the baby cup of brisket for 18.99-21.99 is so crazy I am a trucker I do reefer I literally see the prices on brisket all over the usa what they try to sell you as a baby cup-heck Texas hands you that same baby cup as a free sample to try the different briskets -burnt ends -fatty -chopped -whole wet-dry- the overall food quality at certain locations went down and with the steep competition in surrounding areas they need to step it up... the rib tips is the only thing really saving them and only certain locations get it right my mom likes the smoked wings but she was shocked at the new prices

First it was the service I received on the 12th. To have to ask the server to make my food before she makes the next person who just came in, knowing I have been standing there for 10 minutes already is insane. Then she made a smart remark telling the cook to make my food because I’m in a rush! How I’m in a rush when I pre ordered my food, waited for her to get the first 4 ppl out the way then looked pass as she ask the next couple what they wanted because my food was Uber eats. Then she lied and said it just came. I been waiting and watching patiently.The cake topper is I ate my food at work. And by the time I got home, I had a head ache and starting vomiting. Food poisoning. Everything from that plate came up. And I purchased 2 plates. Only thing I had was a veggie plate.Missed work and still have not shaking back.“This is It” Is a great restaurant, don’t get me wrong. But this location need to be looked at. This is not the first incident here. But I promise this will be the last I ever walk for in the Riverdale location.
