Rude I walked up to the counter. No one greeted me. I was a bit indecisive on what I wanted and my kids as well and we kept changing our minds and They just picked up a cake without me saying what I wanted to have a nerve to ask for a tip. The customer service is terrible. Every time I come here they’re rude.

This bakery may have been one of the best things to open up in Peachtree City. The food is always fresh and the customer service is amazing. I have never had a bad experience here. The workers are so kind and never rude, and the food is definitely one of the most delicious and unique that I have ever tried

I asked for a extra hot matcha latte and I swear that I can throw the matcha on my face and feel nothing hahaha, terribly cold for a hot matcha. Super disappointed. The flavor was ok.

I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!

staff decided to close the Livermore location early, staff was rude about it. Stated they only closed like 2 min early. I was there before that and the chairs were already up and floors mopped so was obviously closed way before then. I had gone in earlier in the day to see what they had and was coming back with my daughter. Needless to say we will NOT be back.

Horrible customer service. Online, it says they close at 8 PM, but when I arrived, everything was already shut down. The person inside was still wrapping up, so I politely asked if I could quickly buy just one item. He refused and said they were closed and couldn’t help me. Very disappointing experience.

Bad service,

A female employee had no enthusiasm and dedication to customer service, she ruined the birthday cake but refused to fix it. If I were someone else, I would have refused to buy this birthday cake and asked her to pay for it back, but because of my daughter at home, I had to take it home.

When my daughter saw the cake with the smudged and scribbled words, she was very sad and cried and I didn't know how to explain.

I’m not recommended to anyone who wants a cake or drinks here!

Miu Miu Cook

I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯!The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

Their software doesn’t accept your email. You have No ability to earn points. No one responds when you send a message asking for help setting up your account. No live customer service available. Don’t waste your time trying to sign up for points. I’d include screen shots but Tous doesn’t allow a paste.

The customer service was very bad and unprofessional. We came in to order the cakes and pointed at the cakes that we wanted to order, an Asian employee (she didn’t wear her name tag) said that I can’t touch the glass, but actually I didn’t, we were standing few feet away from the glass cabinet where the cakes were displayed inside. Then I was again explaining what we wanted, that Asian employee not even came around to look at the cakes that I was pointing at, she raised her voice asking “what cake?” I explained again that we wanted the cloud cake size 4 and size 2, then she had an attitude by saying she doesn’t understand what I said and that I shouldn’t raise my voice, but that was not true, I said I didn’t raise my voice at all, then she claimed that I did and gave me a nasty look. That Asian employee was so rude and disrespectful. So, we just left and didn’t order anything. We came here many times before to order the cakes with the owner and and also another employee and they were very nice.

The manager has to evaluate and adjust his/her staff, especially on Cashier with her name-code: "RDTLJ" (work in the afternoon 6/1/2024). She was so rude and had unprofessional service attitude.
