I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯！The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

Their software doesn’t accept your email. You have No ability to earn points. No one responds when you send a message asking for help setting up your account. No live customer service available. Don’t waste your time trying to sign up for points.

The customer service was very bad and unprofessional. We came in to order the cakes and pointed at the cakes that we wanted to order, an Asian employee (she didn’t wear her name tag) said that I can’t touch the glass, but actually I didn’t, we were standing few feet away from the glass cabinet where the cakes were displayed inside. Then I was again explaining what we wanted, that Asian employee not even came around to look at the cakes that I was pointing at, she raised her voice asking “what cake?” I explained again that we wanted the cloud cake size 4 and size 2, then she had an attitude by saying she doesn’t understand what I said and that I shouldn’t raise my voice, but that was not true, I said I didn’t raise my voice at all, then she claimed that I did and gave me a nasty look. That Asian employee was so rude and disrespectful. So, we just left and didn’t order anything. We came here many times before to order the cakes with the owner and and also another employee and they were very nice.

Just bought a cake here. Terrible experience at the store. Very extremely rude staff. The staff had us to pay for the cake even before let us take a look at it. Didn’t ask us for what should be write to the cake and color, or candles. When asked for the manager, no one was there to take care of the matter. Be aware of their charges. The credit card machine was spinning. Sales charged me twice. I told her the transaction went through from my bank app. She didn’t listen and insisted on me to pay again. So it ended up double charged. But I can’t get hold of the store now - phone never worked and Hmart doesn’t help. I had to dispute the charge through my cc company now. Terrible experience.

Contacted 2 locations earlier today to find Confetti or Mango Cloud cake for my partner's birthday celebration. Charlotte/Southend location had Mango, but phone rep could not take payment over the phone to hold cake since she was "told she could not do that." Instead, I was told to call again before leaving for the store to make sure cake was still available. I did just that a few hours later & this time was told they had one Mango cake THAT WAS ON HOLD so I could not buy it. Upon explaining I was told earlier that phone payment to hold cakes was not permitted, this phone rep "didn't know anything about that" & said "there was nothing she could do." I therefore did not get any birthday cake from Tous Les Jours today & will not buy one any day...I am absolutely unwilling to pay $50 for a mediocre cake that I could get at any bakery, with dismal service that I could get at any Wal*Mart.
L the baristas are nice, I don’t think they know how to make coffee like at all. I went there and I got 3 separate cups of coffee at four different times. There was no flavor for any of them. The first one I got was a Matcha latte it tasted like coffee with milk. The second time I got a Ube latte What is supposed to taste like sweet potato, But again, it tasted like coffee with milk. There was absolutely no flavor. The third time. I got the newest red velvet latte. There’s no way you can screw a red velvet latte well apparently they did because it tasted like a vanilla latte. Red velvet is supposed to have a chocolatey flavor to it. This tasted like I was just drinking vanilla latte with red flavoring. Either get better quality or your coffee or your barista to make a latte

Wasn't what I expected. Was expecting more choices of deserts from the bakery. I paid $13.50 for the hibachi. I wish I could get my money back. I didn't understand why they didn't take the entire shell on the shrimps. The yum yum sauce they gave were very tiny. And the last but most important the food needed seasoning, butter or something.
