I want to give a huge shoutout to Ansley, the manager at the Zaxby’s on 138 in Riverdale. he went above and beyond to help me with my situation, showing a level of courtesy, honesty, and professionalism that you just don’t see every day. Being helped by someone like Ansley—who genuinely cares and treats you with respect—was a refreshing and uplifting experience. He didn’t just solve the issue; he made me feel valued as a customer and as a person. Zaxby’s is lucky to have him. Thank you.

Carmen is Nasty, Rude and a liar, she said my entire order back to me before I left the drive-through got to the window, I asked her for one item that was missing off of my order. She snapped at me and said well you didn’t confirm your whole order so that’s why I was left off and slammed the window. Came back and told me I need to pull up because she gotta get to the next customer and I’ll make her time go up. I told her I don’t feel like it’s right for her to assist the next customer, while she haven’t helped me fully when I confirm my order with her. She stated that she wasn’t at the register to ring up the rest of my order for me so she didn’t catch that last part and told me to pull up and wait. She’s Confirm the conversation that we had but still stated that it was my negligence for not confirming the order. lol. Please hire some people that want to work at Zaxby’s, like it’s so many people that need a job with better customer service skills. Riverdale is becoming a better place to work and live. We don’t need poor customer service at our Zaxbys!

At this particular location, they have a lot of teenagers/ people in their very early 20's working here. You ALWAYS have to check your order, especially if you ordered more than one item or have placed a large order. They ask me to pull up at the window, then they bring my food, and im always missing an item or two. Food isn't bad. They just need to pay attention and stop rushing. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I just left this location and let me say WOW the employee hector brighting up my day! Him along with the manager marcel made my day and made me feel important ! The hospitality was awesome and the food was even better!

I visited the drive-thru at and experienced very poor customer service. When I arrived at the window, I asked the cashier to repeat my order, but instead of confirming it, she only stated the price. I asked again, and she repeated the order with an attitude.

I then requested my receipt, and she responded with more attitude, saying, "I'm gonna give it to you." She also made an unprofessional comment, saying, "Dang, it must be something in the water today." Her tone and behavior were extremely rude and uncalled for.

I wanted to bring this to your attention as I believe customer service should be a priority. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers receive a more respectful experience.

Ordered fries and they were burnt. Requested fresh ones, waited, and they weren't burnt too. No more business with this location

Just terrible all around. They take forever to take your order. When you place your order they tell you to stop behind the poll so their window time won’t be high. Spent $18 on one meal just for my tenders not to be tossed in the sauce as requested. Went inside to get more sauce but was offered a refund instead. The manager (the one that acts like a man but is a woman) threaten to call the police just because my food wasn’t made right and it was an issue. Refund wasn’t given and food was thrown away. I know the location is in Riverdale but dang, I wasn’t expecting it to be this bad. Terrible leadership.
