Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered me the chicken wrap this evening came home and it was a dry chicken wrap with no dip extremely dry. I tried to add me to it, but the test was just awful. It was the waste of my $9 dollars and change. The girl was just busy talking to her coworker. I’m sure that’s the reason why she forgot. People work too hard for their money nowadays for it to be wasted

The male morning manager is good. This location was out of fries smh then the next day almost out of chicken …I heard a cook say it they need to do better inventory asap.

12/22/25 I went for lunch and was told they are completely cashless.

Food always fresh and hot. I also would like to express that every time I come to this location, Ms. Lou is my host and she always makes me feel welcomed and she’s always sweet and comforting. Thanks Ms. Lou!

No signage to inform guests of cashless payments. Place signs on the interior and exterior to not waste your guests time

I will never eat at zaxbys again. After football practice me and the kids got to the drive thru at 8:30, there was a line. When we got to the speaker it said “sorry we’re closed”. Worst customer experience I’ve had. I’m happy Raising Canes is coming to GA. I don’t even leave bad reviews but this situation I had to. I told my kids don’t ever ask me for Zaxbys.

I placed an online order through the app on September 28 2025 under my fiance Pablo. When I arrived to the Zaxbys it was locked even though they don’t close until 10. We went through the drive thru where we waited for assistance. A young lady saw us and we told her we had placed an order online and she told us yeah well we have no more food tonight. I was confused because the order went through on the app. However I told her it was fine I just wanted my refund. She then told me she could not give me a refund I have to get it through calling the number on the app. I called the number and they told me this zaxbys is franchised and I can only get my refund through them. I still never received the food I ordered and I never received my refund. I have been patient. This took place 9/28/25 and it is now 10/10/25 and I still haven’t received my refund.

This specific zaxbys is truly the best in all Clayton county I drive further to go to this one rather than the Jonesboro one that is right around the corner from my house. Every time I come everyone has great customer service full of smiles and welcoming energy. They clearly have chic fil a standards at this location. The food has been perfect every time I have been there a handful of times in the past 2 weeks working on the rd and my on the go meal was perfect every time! I truly hope the staff is getting the appreciation they deserve! If I could name names I would but every staff member I have made contact with was great!

I came to Zaxbys tonight on highway 85 and they customer service is very very bad. She was high and her back was turn back face to window. When I got to window I ask to add a drink she said y’all don’t do add on. I will never come back and I promise u y’all sell will go down
