I just left this location and let me say WOW the employee hector brighting up my day! Him along with the manager marcel made my day and made me feel important ! The hospitality was awesome and the food was even better!

I visited the drive-thru at and experienced very poor customer service. When I arrived at the window, I asked the cashier to repeat my order, but instead of confirming it, she only stated the price. I asked again, and she repeated the order with an attitude.

I then requested my receipt, and she responded with more attitude, saying, "I'm gonna give it to you." She also made an unprofessional comment, saying, "Dang, it must be something in the water today." Her tone and behavior were extremely rude and uncalled for.

I wanted to bring this to your attention as I believe customer service should be a priority. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers receive a more respectful experience.

Ordered fries and they were burnt. Requested fresh ones, waited, and they weren't burnt too. No more business with this location

Just terrible all around. They take forever to take your order. When you place your order they tell you to stop behind the poll so their window time won’t be high. Spent $18 on one meal just for my tenders not to be tossed in the sauce as requested. Went inside to get more sauce but was offered a refund instead. The manager (the one that acts like a man but is a woman) threaten to call the police just because my food wasn’t made right and it was an issue. Refund wasn’t given and food was thrown away. I know the location is in Riverdale but dang, I wasn’t expecting it to be this bad. Terrible leadership.

This store is probably on life support. Worst services ever. I say this because their services about 15 years ago was 4 times better than what it is now. They now hire people I consider thugs. I will never use this Zaxby ever again. I will go to the Zaxby in Fayetteville.

Falling in love with zaxbys again I stopped coming for a while because when I walked in everyone there would yell welcome to zaxbys which I found extremely annoying walked in today without the screaming at me they were very pleasant took my order and was out in less than 10 minutes good job....

I have had to wait hours for food on several visits. Most of the time I'm forced to cancel orders.

During my last 2 visits at this Zaxbys I observed the Manager being helpful to the front staff as well as the drive thru. She was supportive and encouraging without being negative. The staff greeted me as I came in and continued to update me as I waited for my fresh hot meal. It’s alway a plus to get good service at a restaurant.

Stop trying to run a drive through like Chick-fil-A. Having some stand outside moving that slow make the line longer. Only to get to the window a told to pull up and wait again behind 3 other people. 14 min for a Zax Snack is unacceptable!
