Don’t go to this place. I went there for an interview and one of the workers asked if I was picking up I said im here for an interview, she walked off so I figured she was going to get someone. And then apparently the “general manager” was there but she was busy taking care of a customer. She then asked if I needed anything I told her the other coworker took care of me and she wanted to put out “im the general manager” I don’t see why you needed to put that out but I said im here for a interview, she then walked off and came back saying have a nice day, I didn’t know what she meant at first she asked if I needed anything else I said im here for a interview, and she said I was rude to her and her workers, ??? When was I rude?? Like what, im not sure if she wanted to dismiss me cause I didn’t talk to her first but girl you were busy it would’ve been rude if I interrupted you while you were taking care of a customer, or she thought I was rude cause the fact on how I look. Like my face features like judging me cause how I look is literally crazy. Now I don’t even wanna bring skin color in this but it’s most likely cause the skin color I was. Leave that racism back then this is a NEW year. Your acting childish judging people how they look let alone how they can’t even control how they look cause that’s how we’re born. General manager at that age and you acting like that?? Grow up. Literally. Or it could be the other co worker thought I had a attitude and wanted to snitch, like ma'am it is 10 am why is there problems starting already

I ordered 2 asian house zalads. Salads were thrown together. Looked like they were sitting for a while. My wotons were soggy. My vegetable egg rolls were burnt and soggy. The drive through staff was very RUDE. They need a class on customer service. I told the girl at the drive through they forgot my salad dressing the girl said it's in the bag. If it was in the bag why would I ask for it? Common sense would tell you its not in the bag, so let me give what they asked for. She had a VERY BAD ATTITUDE. They also forgot my onion straws, I didn't know until we drove off. This is the worse Zaxbys I have been to. Now I understand why they are rated so low.

This was horrible…the service first of all is terrible.. the drive-thru workers were ride. She was talking so fast, I literally could not understand anything she was saying. Besides that she was saying how annoying the customer before me was… and crazy thing about that is she was saying it on the mic…and at the window they were even more rude by rushing us away…the food was horrible as well…please do not go just not worth it

There is always confusion with orders at this location. There are several people that work there but they definitely lack efficiency. We had to pull up to a parking space after placing our order in the drive through. The person took over 15 minutes to bring out our food, and took it to at least 3-4 cars before I finally asked if that was our order. This is unacceptable as people do not want their food going to multiple peoples cars. Their processes needed to be tightened up so that customers will have better experiences.

I come here often and this time the grill chicken sub was not good, it didn't look like the pic. and this my second time ordering this, very disappointed and will never order this chicken sub again. Salads are the best thing to get here sometimes, because they forget your cheese and fried onions. Staff can be better with there customer service and smile sometimes.

I asked for a bun less sandwich and Cassandra not only refused my request but she also refused to serve me period. I never disrespected her or any of the staff. She told me the district manager does not allow them to remove buns or place them on the side and offered to give me the phone number to call corporate. She then left the window and returned calling the police saying I refused to leave when I was never asked to do so. I’ve never been treated this way for asking a question. I have been to this location many times because it’s in my neighborhood and I try to be patient and polite everytime. I will no longer eat at this location as long as Cassandra is still the manager. She was extremely unprofessional and offered no customer service. Not even respect as an adult. The children who worked under her was more neat and clean than she was. I called corporate and filed a complaint but beware that this a franchise location that seems to operate under their own rules.
