1st time dinning here , bbq was ok sides was ok i didnt like the brisket the 1/2 chic was good no one ate the peach cobbler so maybe i got a bad batch ? Seeing how its suppose to be so wonderful will try again

Not only do we love their food, but we also love that it is somewhere we can count on to get exceptional customer service. Hudson's employees are kind, attentive, and quick to get you what you need. If you live in and around Roberta, I know you've been there, so for all of you other folks...what are you waiting on? I highly recommend treating yourself to good food and good people at Hudson's BBQ.

I love Hudson’s and the sweet family that owns it!They treat their employees like family. I am so impressed at the steps they have taken during the pandemic to continue to keep their employees safe.Their food options are plentiful, but know that you can never go wrong with a bbq sandwich, 1/2 pint of stew, and a glass of sweet tea! So good!

Locally owned and operated restaurant. I don’t live near Roberta but I do work in the town some. The staff is always very friendly. The food is always great especially the fried chicken and the peach cobbler is so worth the drive. I always look forward to going to Hudson’s. I love getting the fresh veggies and country cooking options available each day. The rutabagas, mac and cheese, hamburger steak, taco fries, and brisket are all to die for! If ever in Roberta, stop and check them out!
We absolutely love to eat here! Many nights a few months ago we had bbq because we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel and unable to cook at home. We were able to get different foods and veggies that we can't get from the regular take out places. I call myself lucky to have you in my local community.
