The lady taking my order was rude, cut me off in the middle of me ordering and told me to drive to the window even tho my order wasn’t complete. So I completed it at the window, then they got my order wrong regardless, even tho they repeated it back to me. I asked for extra mayo and pickles on my chicken sandwiches. Got little mayo and no pickles. All my food was cold and old. I called and complained, and they told me they would only replace one chicken sandwich even tho they got both of them wrong. 0/10 recommended they suck. 2nd time I been here, and each time they got my food wrong and were extremely rude and unpleasant. Not very welcoming.
If you want to work in the food industry, go do it off base, our service members don’t deserve the nasty attitude with a side of Nasty old food.

This place is a joke, I ordered the new brisket burger and this things looks and tastes disgusting, there literally a tiny strip of brisket, he said bacon was supposed to be on it and it wasn’t. This place is terrible omg

Typical Burger King location. The spacious dining room and drinks area was clean, and the men's restroom was suitably clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Why doesn't the Burger King app work at this Exchange/BX location? At least they gladly accepted my paper coupon. No water available at the drink area.
