This has got to be the slowest Starbucks in all of Georgia. I always order ahead through the app and my order is never ready on time, despite me standing here now and no one else is in the store, or the drive through. Please train these employees better.

You don't get a full cup! Open your cup before you leave. I mean, they already look bad and rude at the fact that you ordered (made them work), why not ask for what you paid... a full cup.

No surprise this place has 2.5 stars. The slowest SB on Earth. I guess this is to be expected on a government installation.

I ordered my drink ahead of time through the app, 30 minutes ahead of time so I could make it to work on time. I popped my head in to see if my order was done, I went and bought some other things and came back and it still was not started. I sat and waited. Seen the two workers get my ticket, put it on the cup and put it to the side. They made other peoples orders that came after me, 7 to be exact and I can name what was made also. It took me getting up to what I thought was my drink being finished to them noticing that I was the order that they put to the side. They proceeded to handle other peoples orders and slowly work on mine. I ordered my drink at 1:33, I sat there for 24 minutes and didn’t get it until 1:56. Needless to say, I’ll probably never order Starbucks on base again. They were not busy, granted, it was only 2 workers but one was working on orders and the other one was stocking up on supplies needed for behind the counter. When I walked in, there were only 2 people other than me and to see 7 people get their order before me, that wasn’t right.

I placed an online order, in hopes that I would be in and out quickly. The order was placed at 1205p. I entered the building at 1207p, and did not receive my order until 1226p.
I had to ask the barista what the hold up was after watching four other customers receive their items, and many more pass through the drive thru.
The drink also did not have any Carmel ribbon crunch, which was the entire name of the drink — a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. The drink that I was given was not satisfying and the inconvenience made me late to work.

I visit this Starbucks whenever I’m at Robins for work. My past experiences have not been the best, I’ve had several drinks made incorrectly and even when I got back to get it corrected it’ll still be made wrong and because of that I stopped visiting for a while. I visited today after staying away from this location for a few months and I had the pleasure of seeing a few new faces and one of them being a young man named (Conner). Expecting to be disappointed with having a drink not to my liking, I was completely blown away at how perfect he made my drink. Thank you to him and I will be returning to this location again.

My husband and I come to this Starbucks everyday. And we love the staff, they are always nice and professional to us and get our order correct.

The service here is terrible. The workers are slow, rude, have dirty clothing, and hygiene issues. These employees would be quickly fired at real Starbucks locations!

I would avoid this Starbucks. Poor service and worse attitude. The place where the customer is an annoyance. The coffee is garbage by the way.

I used to stop at this location every day. The service has become horrendous. The last 3 times
I attempted your drive-thru, I was never waited on…just sat there forever. I eventually drove off. There was only one car in front me front of me each time. I’m not wasting my time anymore. I now go to Cafe Vignette after work.

As a former barista, this is literally the worst service I have ever seen from a coffee shop of any kind. Either they just don't know what they're doing, or they don't care. How in the world does it take a fifteen minute wait for a latte, THAT WAS ORDERED AHEAD?!
I went through the drive thru on my break and sat in line over 10 minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me and about 5 behind me. They were not taking orders in the the drive thru line. I believe they were under staffed and were only taking orders in the store. They should have just closed the drive thru instead of just having people wait in line. I just ended up leaving. This Starbucks has the slowest service ever. Don't waste your time. I would give them zero stars if I could.
