Used to eat here a lot. Recently started coming quite a bit again and it’s very clearly gone downhill. Between missing items and being out of an absurd amount of things it’s very disappointing. I see the same faces in there every time and they seem to lack hospitality and at times, common sense.

Quality has severely dropped. Sandwiches had almost no meat and we're flooded with mustard and Sriracha even on Sandwiches that were not supposed to have Sriracha. When it was brought up we were told "you don't have to eat it"

While it is a smaller location, the staff is always friendly, the food is prepared quick but delicately, and if I'm in a hurry I'm usually in and out within 5 minutes. It is also kept very clean. It is also a coupon participating location, which is good if I need a place to redeem any deals. I've gone several times in the past month and haven't been disappointed yet.

The Rock Spring, GA Subway Shop is just awesome! The staff is friendly & efficient; our sandwiches are always prepared just the way we ordered. The manager is an incredible lady; I always look forward to seeing her. They also consistently score 100 on their health inspections. I am so happy we have this little gem in our community!
