I find it hard to believe that this place is still in business. I’m not posting anything that isn’t true. The Burger Den has only a handful of things that are edible, in my opinion. Those things are their biscuits (bacon-egg-cheese, sausage-egg-cheese), fries, milkshakes, and soda’s. I would not recommend anything else. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend what I mentioned is edible, due to the overwhelming price one must pay for them. I ordered a chocolate milkshake, on my very last visit to The Burger Den. It was a small in size. I expected something around a 12 ounce shake, but received a 6 or 8 ounce shake, for approximately $6. I was shocked at the price! The shake was good, but far from $6 good. The meat used in the burgers appears to be a mix of soybean and beef, I think. Similar to what you would receive in school, but expect to pay around $10 for the burger alone. The inside of the lobby is always a mess. It also doesn’t appear as if anyone has done a good cleaning behind the counter in a while. I wish they’d get their act together here, because at one time, this restaurant was pretty good. That’s been around 15-20 years ago. **Please do not mistake this burger den , in the Rocky Face area, for the Burger Den near Varnell. The store in Varnell is owned by different people, and is far better.

No one washes their hands and will go between counting money and making your food. The ones that wear gloves, wear the same gloves for multiple meals

Went to get breakfast for my family. I ordered 2 single biscuits and gravy and one gravy biscuits with eggs scrambled with cheese. When I opened the one that was supposed to have eggs, there was a single piece of melted cheese on top of the gravy lid. I guess they didn’t hear me say “scrambled eggs with cheese” but even if I did for some reason was a slice of cheese with my gravy biscuit why would they package it like this!?! I no they have a new policy on their window to look through your bag before driving off… but this was after waiting in line for a good 30 min, with people behind me who has been waiting just as long as me. This is only the 2nd review I’ve ever left in my life. The amount of order mistakes at this burger den is just kinda crazy.

It's Good food they tend to get th bacon🥓. Way to done most.days and they stop breakfast way way to early I mean u have people inside ordering the drive thru is lined up to the road and it's 10:30 so they refuse to keep breakfast up longer and when that happens they announced it u look and there may be one left in drive thru to eat dinner instead and the rest of us go else where ?

I have been eating at cremo and burger den for a while. I get hamburger steak. My last time at cremo the hamburger steak meat quality had went down. Well unfortunately I had burger den the other day and it had also went down. I don't want to complain to employees just making a wage and I didn't see any comment cards so I thought I would review in hopes that the owners would go back to the old meat provider and respond on here to let me know they had so I could start eating at cremo and burger den again. The best way to describe this change is it taste how meat taste when it gets reheated and then has that ruint taste. I literally just ate the slaw and fries the other day. The meat was not edible.

I went by there today and got a combo with a Barbecue sandwich, tater tots, and a diet coke. That sandwich was rediculous. It was a tiny bun, with not even enough bbq to cover the bottom bun. What bbq was there looked old and dried out. It didn't even taste good. The tater tots just tasted like old grease. My meal was absolutely gross, and went in the trash. Not to mention, it costed me 9.08, and I tipped the cashier. I'm all about supporting local, but McDonalds never did me this bad. DO BETTER Burger den.
