Was very disappointed in the food. Ordered and they brought out fries and onion rings before the other food. Then when the other food arrived the potatoes were cold and waffle fries were almost burnt, the broccoli couldn't eat at all because it was so hard! It was as if they just washed it and put it on the plate without being steamed. We've always had a great experience here and this was the worst ever. Must have gotten a new cook. Idk.

We enjoyed ourselves and had an amazing eating experience because of our waiter Britni R. We will definitely be coming back again.Parking: We were able to park near the door without a problem. It was amazing because we had our children with us. Very convenient.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere was very welcoming and our waitress Britni R was so wonderful. She was such a beautiful person to my family and myself. We really enjoyed ourselves.
I had a simple meal of onion soup and a side of broccoli. Both were quite tasty.

My friend and I live in Cartersville and arrived here about 4pm on 2/16/24 after I finished with surgery pre-op at Redmond. We were tired and hungry and were pleased to be seated immediately. Within just a few minutes we were greeted by Britni R. She was very friendly and attentive. She answered all of our questions and made great suggestions. She was patient as we decided what we wanted. Our food arrived quickly and our drinks were always filled. We will definitely come to Rome just to eat with Britni at Applebee's!

Went to your Rome location on 1.23.24 for my birthday. Arrived at 7:15pm. Sat for 20 minutes after being seated with nothing. When we caught a server passing by, I asked her if we could get some service? She was rude and asked if we wanted water or something. I said I would like a cocktail, its my birthday. She sighed and said she would be back. After 32 minutes with 0 service, we got up to leave. She then walked over and said, "I hope you have a good birthday, it sucks working here." I think this just might be the worst service or lack there of ever. They were not busy and during our 30 min wait we were also accosted by a homeless man that harassed every table in the venue for money and no one said a word to him. It was just an awful experience over all. I then tried to call to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. Went to Longhorns and had dinner and it was amazing.
