I was unaware of their policy and will not be back. I was charged a 20 percent tip for non-existent service.

I am a BBQ aficionado, and I really enjoyed the brisket here. It was perfectly cooked and tender. The restaurant was very clean and inviting, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
I stopped at Blossom Hill during a road trip and went a bit out of my way to get there. If I'm in the area again, I'll make a point of revisiting. It's definitely worth a trip!

Ordered the patty melt with fries. Had fried pickles as an appetizer. All of the food was very tasty. Food was delivered promptly and all of the employees were friendly. We dined inside then went outside for dessert. They had some outdoor games to play or tv to watch and a bar outside. Restaurant was really clean too. Will be back. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a quick hamburger joint and Blossom Hill BBQ & Burgers came up on Google. It's not what we were looking for, but glad we went. An unexpected adventure! A bit of a hidden location and it's fit in where one might not expect it. It's styled a bit like a trendy brewery, but there's more outside! The more you look around, the more you see. We were greeted warmly as soon as we came in the door and the ordering process was explained. The menu is varied our food was great. The only drawback was sitting under the AC vent. I was shivering by the time we left. It's an intriguing establishment and makes me want to go back and spend more time there.

I try to walk over from my office once a week to get the fantastic FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH (I've only tried the regular) they have a Nashville Hot version as well. I have had the same young lady wait on my group almost ever time very professional and quick to respond. The chicken sandwich is extremely consistent always hot and crispy. I tried the fried pickles and cowboy caviar and chips on todays trip. I was blown away again by the great serves and quality of the food. Its apparent the staff are being couched and trained very well. I haven't caught any of the employee's having a off day yet, all smiles when you walk in the door. greeted at the front door every time. CONSISTANTSY is everything, and that's what you get with Blossom Hill. Thank you for the great service and quality meals. see ya next week!

Whenever I want BBQ, this is the place I go, even for Brunch! I have not had one bad item from here. The staff are always so nice and pleasant, especially Sarah (who I believe is a manger and should be if not!) Whenever my family is in town, I bring them here. If you have a gluten allergy they offer GF bread and are aware of what menu items are safe. They always have pastries on Saturdays that are to die for, both GF and regular!

I normally don't leave bad reviews, only 2 or the stars because you never know how the day is going but this place has a good atmosphere but the food i had was not worth eating the brisket fat cap had to be pulled of with a fork and was super dry the white barbecue sauce only tasted like vinegar and so did the beans If you are from out of town only go to socialize with friends and have a drink but please go to another barbecue restaurant around to judge us on barbecue
Absolutely phenomenal! Service right through the door was amazing. Interior design and ambience are top tier and the burnt brisket tips will remain in my memory until my next visit. We drove up to Rome on a whim to explore somewhere new and wow, what a gem we’ve found! #SavoryEats
