They are very rude to me and my husband told us we had to wait very disrespectful like voice the cashier was taking the order. I worked here and I can say I NEVER was rude to my customers like she was to us! I will not be back it's sad to see this restaurant go down hill.

I'd never had Bojangles until today, and I should've read the reviews first. Food was mediocre but acceptable and relatively fresh. My issue was with the workers. The woman who took my order wasn't overly friendly and that's fine, but the woman at the window shouldn't be the one customers interact with. She did not say a single word to me. Just waited for me to give her my card, kept my card for way too long , and wordlessly handed me my food.

These people always move so lazy and not want to work they charge us for 2 5 piece of tenders and give us 4 in one and 3 and a half in the other. I don't usually leave reviews but this place service suck it's like 50% of the time the mess something up. I put the time and date hoping the manager or the owner will know these lazy ass people who they have working there.

Getting into the drive thru lane before 11 Am is almost impossible. Hope you have a small car so you can get in the parking lot. Park and go in
Parking: Short drive thru lane. Usually you end up halfway in the street and parking lot.

So, Iāve noticed that this location will sometimes serve off brand chicken when they run out of the Cajun chicken filet. The first time it happened to me was a year ago I think and I remember thinking the chicken looked like completely different when I received it. I took a bite and immediately recognized it was in fact not Bojangles chicken and instead some store bought chicken instead! Well, I convinced myself maybe I had been wrong but today the same thing happened and I can confirm they do this. If Iām paying for Bojangles chicken that is what I expect, and if youāre out just say that instead of trying to pass off subpar chicken to your customers. Iād rather get something else off the menu than waste my money buying a biscuit Iām not going to like because you switched the chicken hoping we wouldnāt notice.
I ate a chicken biscuit and within 3 hours after eating it, I was in the ER for 6 hours. Getting meds through an IV because I was so sick from this place. I will never be back. The people in there working are rude, and have no reason to be.

This might actually be the worst establishment in Rome. Absolutely disgusting environment, how could the quality of the food be good? Employees are rude and cleary don't care about the customers or the food we are putting into our bodies. I've watched this place get worse and worse over the years and at this point, they practically just hand out food poisoning left and right. They do this all while having a frown on their face and attitude in their voice. This place needs to be demolished and exorcized... there is no hope. Please for your own sake... just cook some Tyson chicken in the air fryer and call it a day.

This place is depressing and disgusting... The workers clearly don't care about cleanliness or quality food. You're lucky if you just get bad food and bad service. The unlucky ones will get bad food, bad service, and a 5 hr long visit to the ER. I don't know how bad the quality of food has to be for food poisoning to act that quickly. However, I ate a chicken biscuits and withing 4 hrs I thought I was dying. 2 hrs of throwing up, and then 4 hrs of dry heaving in the ER waiting for meds to kick in. This is not the first bad experience with this certain Bojangles but it will be the last for me, and should be for everyone else. This place should be shut down or completely redone and re-staffed. It's an absolutely disgusting establishment filled with people who could careless about their jobs or the people they are serving this wretched food to.

Whoever made the biscuits on 10/21 did an outstanding job. I got two boberry biscuits and was having a rough morning. Little did I know I was in for a suprise. When I got my food, I looked at it and noticed both biscuits were shaped like hearts. I don't know if this was an accident or on purpose, but either way, it brightened my day up a lot.
