Everything and everyone was great. And the only reason why I took one star away was because something was going on with their system where they could not take debit card transactions. So I had to get in my car and drive to find an ATM machine, because I don't carry cash on me. I withdrew the cash, then went back to the store to pay for my food. Granted, it was an inconvenience, but the people we're super sweet and friendly and the food was hot and delicious. So, you know, things happen.

I ordered a 3 piece I got 3 thighs flat biscuit and cold fries and the slaw was just nasty and use to brag about how good y'all were but I take it all back and drive thru cashier was rude

I have been eating at this and from this bojangles for years. Never had I had such horrible service as of today.
Order was messed up and we attempted to get our money back. the front register operator Kiki or whatever it was. Was extremely rude and the manager was not much better.
If you want bojangles. Go to one of the other locations in Rome, GA or Armurchee. I will NEVER eat from this one again.

They are very rude to me and my husband told us we had to wait very disrespectful like voice the cashier was taking the order. I worked here and I can say I NEVER was rude to my customers like she was to us! I will not be back it's sad to see this restaurant go down hill.
