I honestly love Bojangles, but it’s infuriating when you go inside to order and the cashiers are extremely rude. The older lady that works in there in the morning has really got to learn how to control her facial expressions because rolling your eyes at your customers when they’re ordering is very rude. If you’re having that bad of a day, you need to go to the back. Cry in the freezer like the rest of us.

I’m a regular customer I usually dine in. There is this lady who has a stank attitude. She looks like she’s 70 years old or something working.
She walks around the lobby with her hands behind her back and literally does nothing but eat by the napkins, straws, salt, pepper set up station.
It’s literally disgusting and completely unsanitary she leaves her food and drinks up there. Every time I go she’s literally eating food on there like if it’s a table or something.
When you want to get napkins or anything it’s like you have to wait until she’s done eating there.
Completely ridiculous and once again disgusting then on top of that with an attitude!! When she’s done eating she does not even wash her hands and then proceeds to cleaning tables.
Once again this is not the first time this is EVERY single time that I’ve come in.

Great food, love being able to get breakfast throughout the day.
Check your drinks ! I stopped going because of the nasty environment. My first time going back today, and my sweet tea had all types of random trash in it. Don't bother asking for more then 1 sauce because they catch an attitude as if it comes out of their pay check or something. I asked for 3 packs of hot sauce for 2 biscuits! Wish I could post pictures.

Went to drive thru and on the menu board it clearly said (8/16/24 @ 5:49) that Family 8 piece meal w/2 sides and half gallon was $28.99. I ordered a small side of dirty rice in addition to my order $2.59. My total was $44.79. I questioned it at the window and the lady said that was for chicken and biscuits only. I was like ok. I just didn't remember it being over $40 ever. I get home and look up the menu and it says same prices as the drive thru menu. I called and the manager said prices changed and no one fixed the menu board or the online menu. I was like the price changed $10 more, she said yes it's $38.99 for 8 piece family meal! She was the manager and she did apologize for no one changing the prices on the drive thru or online. However had I known it was $38.99 instead of $28.99 with only 3 eating the meal (mom and 2 kids) the individual meals would been cheaper.

It's been awhile since I've been to Bojangles. I wanted to try the new Bo'Berry Sausage Biscuit. The concept was good. But it was the presentation. My food fell apart as soon as I unwrapped it. Customer service was friendly. Food was fast and hot. We got some chicken ? and biscuits and the chicken was tender and good but the biscuits were just a liiiiittle dry. But we smothered them with strawberry jam and they were perfect! Of course we got some Bojangles biscuits and they were ??
