Went through the drive-thru took forever for somebody to answer order the three piece for my husband let me see if I have enough chicken for that end up being old chicken ordered A five piece supreme combo the supreme we're old and cold my husband took them back in and got fresh ones made people just standing around drop cups on the floor pick them back up instead of throwing them away like should have been done they were put back up to be used shouldn't have that many people on the clock if they're not going to work
We decided to stop in and try Bojangles because we do not have one in the area we are from. 2 of us got the Bojangles sandwich combos. Sandwiches were hot and fresh, along with the fries and the dirty rice. My husband ordered the 4 pc….. at first it was good along with the Mac- n - cheese. However he got one fresh piece of chicken and the other 3 were old/dry and barely warm. The staff was great, the interior of the restaurant was very clean but desperately needed some updating.

I honestly love Bojangles, but it’s infuriating when you go inside to order and the cashiers are extremely rude. The older lady that works in there in the morning has really got to learn how to control her facial expressions because rolling your eyes at your customers when they’re ordering is very rude. If you’re having that bad of a day, you need to go to the back. Cry in the freezer like the rest of us.

I’m a regular customer I usually dine in. There is this lady who has a stank attitude. She looks like she’s 70 years old or something working.
She walks around the lobby with her hands behind her back and literally does nothing but eat by the napkins, straws, salt, pepper set up station.
It’s literally disgusting and completely unsanitary she leaves her food and drinks up there. Every time I go she’s literally eating food on there like if it’s a table or something.
When you want to get napkins or anything it’s like you have to wait until she’s done eating there.
Completely ridiculous and once again disgusting then on top of that with an attitude!! When she’s done eating she does not even wash her hands and then proceeds to cleaning tables.
Once again this is not the first time this is EVERY single time that I’ve come in.

Great food, love being able to get breakfast throughout the day.
Check your drinks ! I stopped going because of the nasty environment. My first time going back today, and my sweet tea had all types of random trash in it. Don't bother asking for more then 1 sauce because they catch an attitude as if it comes out of their pay check or something. I asked for 3 packs of hot sauce for 2 biscuits! Wish I could post pictures.
