It's been awhile since I've been to Bojangles. I wanted to try the new Bo'Berry Sausage Biscuit. The concept was good. But it was the presentation. My food fell apart as soon as I unwrapped it. That's not how a Bo'Berry Biscuit should be. The taste was good.....the drive through service was okay and the young lady at the window was pleasant but had to sweep my food out of my car since it all just disintegrated.

Customer service was friendly. Food was fast and hot. We got some chicken ? and biscuits and the chicken was tender and good but the biscuits were just a liiiiittle dry. But we smothered them with strawberry jam and they were perfect! Of course we got some Bojangles biscuits and they were ??
