Order was 2/3 complete (missing 4 biscuits), we were the only people there but it took a while in the drive thru. When we realized the mistake and explained that was our last stop on a 10 hour drive, and that we were now almost in Alabama, they said they wouldnt do anything unless we came back to the store to remedy the situation. We asked if they could do anything to modify the credit charge, and they put another person on the phone who hung up on us. No ability to contact a corporate office. We were really excited to come to a Bojangles, living in a state where we don’t have any. What a disappointing experience, I’ve never experienced such rude and unhelpful service at a Bojangles in my life.
