Usually get either butter pecan or chocolate turle ice cream in a waffle cone. Very good. Nice wait staff.

If I could I would give this place a zero. Soft the past year we have came numerous times (7-8) we come over an hour before the listed closing time and they close early. If they’re going to close early they need to change their official times. They refuse to honor my rewards or wear a mask! When we asked to try flavors they claimed to not have spoons and then gave us the same sample spoons to eat our ice creams we bought with.

I am sick of this location after SEVERAL bad experiences and we won’t be back. We joined the rewards program because I have spent years purchasing here a ton and never knew they had one. This location wouldn’t honor my rewards and claimed they don’t have the machine to scan rewards. They are always out of flavors.We received a promotional coupon in the mail for discounts, and to advertise the new fall flavors. We came back once again to learn this location isn’t doing ANY fall flavors and they won’t honor any coupons.

Employees were not wearing masks at all. Watched them stand over everything breathing onto it and anything they handled. They had disposable gloves on but that was it. There were no hand sanitizers for public use and I did not see them sanitize between orders. I should have given one star but the shake was very good. Disappointed in the lack of concern and safety precautions taken by Bruster's for it's customers and fellow employees. I even brought up the fact no masks were present and the two employees did not respond as if it was of no concern.Employees at businesses should wear masks all the time.
