I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Burger King. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order, which is already way too long for fast food. But what made it worse was finding hair in both my hamburger and my French fries. That’s completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
If customers are expected to wait that long, the food should at least be fresh and handled properly. This experience really makes me question the cleanliness and management at this location. I won’t be coming back unless serious improvements are made.

I went through the drive through around 7pm. I paid for 2 jr whoppers on a potato bun and a Bacon King, two medium fries and two medium cokes. I only received 1 whopper Jr and that whopper jr was on the wrong bun. I have celiac disease. A gluten allergy. Meaning the company made me very sick and took my money. They also asked me multiple times if i had gotten my drinks or paid. This particular fast food restaurant is below par and not worth your time nor money.

Got a whopper and poppers that I used the app to order. Make some changes to the Whopper. The changes were made and the Whopper tasted great. So did the poppers.

I’m never the one to write a review, but every time I visit this location something goes wrong. Almost every time the drinks do not have the lids on all the way. That’s besides the point. Tonight I got pulled. No big deal because I wanted my French Fries fresh. I waited for over 10 minutes until one of the employees came out and asked if I had a mobile order. I did not. I only had one combo. So after I watched the employee wonder around the parking lot with the food, I went inside with the receipt. I was trying to tell them why I got pulled, but they quickly brushed me off. They eventually gave me my food, but my fries were not fresh and that’s the whole reason why I got pulled in the first place. They need to have a better pulling system, because clearly this is not working for them. I understand mistakes happen, but something always happens at this location.

Always have fresh and hot food made fresh my only complaint is tonight the sweet tea was old and tasted sour and I went back in and they replaced my drink with no questions asked and made sure I was happy great job you guys keep up the good work
