Got employees in Burger King uniforms outback smoking pot I had a very simple order of a whopper combo and a order of fried pickles and two kids meals They forgot the fried pickles I went back to the store and they said they didn’t forget them. I told them they did and they argued with me about it and said oh well that’s too bad. Take it up with corporate. Would not recommend this address
Best bk in town, the fries are always crispy and actually have salt. The burgers are amazing! This trip today was especially good so thank you staff ?

Stopped in Rome, Georgia Shorter Ave. Actually I went out of the way to this particular location. Exceptional service. Food prepared professionally and management/with staff around lunch time at this busy location should be applaud. Friendly service, fresh hot food with $$$ value is a plus.

Walked in to rude employee complaining that she had to take our order and walked right back out.Only 1 other person in the restaurant an hour before close. No thank you Burger King I’ll make my food at home without the spit.

Ask for two double whopper with cheese one with out onion or mayo, easy enough.. no I got two whopper jr with everything and no cheese really people!

Awful. They charged me for things I didn’t even ask for. They got my whole order wrong. The lady taking my order and at the window was very disrespectful and made my boyfriend very uncomfortable with her comments. We had came here about a week before this and the same lady at the window refused to take my card and didn’t charge for $30 worth of food. Not complaining about that part but that could be bad for the work place if someone is giving out food. I’m not sure what the ladies name was but she was older and had blonde hair. The service here is actually terrible.
