Always have fresh and hot food made fresh my only complaint is tonight the sweet tea was old and tasted sour and I went back in and they replaced my drink with no questions asked and made sure I was happy great job you guys keep up the good work

Actually I went out of the way to this particular location. Exceptional service. Food prepared professionally and management/with staff around lunch time at this busy location should be applaud. Friendly service, fresh hot food with $$$ value is a plus.

I consistently visit this Burger King drive thru with my SO. The service is always fast and quick. I generally never have issues with ordering and I've never had to "pull up"/wait for my food to come out regardless of the busy hours or not. My orders are always delivered to me quickly and generally accurately!!! My biggest complaint is that they forget my zesty sauce sometimes ? the onion rings aren't the same without it, but in terms of fast food in Rome,...
