The fish quality seems to have improved since I've been coming here. Service is always good. Wondering why the fish is cut like giant fish sticks. Prefer it when it was diamond shaped. Cutting back on piece size to save money? Seems you're not getting as much as you used to.

Apologies for the low rating I'm just not a fan of Captain D's. Wile the food is adequate enough, its just not up to par, IMHO, for fast seafood. Specifically for this location, it NEVER should have replaced the Long John Silvers'.

Watched a female employee Empty garbage with no gloves on and go right back behind the counter and start serving food. Didn't even wash her hands. That ruined it for me.

Wow! $20 for my 5 yr old, don’t think I’ll be back. Must be fancy fish now. My kid got two small pieces of chicken, small okra , and 6 oz Mac n cheese that I was charged TWICE for. Charged me $6.69 for it being a family style option, then $3.89 for it being a pint! And maybe the cashier was having a bad day but she was just plain rude. Asked what the size of a pint looked like and she almost had a melt down. won’t be coming back. I added pics to show the two small boxes we got and the one mac.

I had the chicken and fish. It was great. They give you good selections on the food and sides. The place is clean. It's hard to find a place where you can sit down and eat like we used to. More places should do it.
I see where they put down the calories. That helps me a lot. I wish they would post more like the carbs since I'm a diabetic that would help me so much.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are not automatically opened. You have to open them yourself. There's handicapped parking and ramps, but they need to do something about the doors.
I was at Captain D's yesterday. As usual, the crew was very friendly and I always enjoy listening to how well they seem to get along with each other. Captain D's is and has always been one of my favorite places to go eat considering the price per meal, the atmosphere and the friendliness of the crew. My orders are always hot and fresh, but what stood out most to me on my last visit is something I think is worth mentioning. In this day and time where it seems that many people go to the restroom and do not wash their hands afterwards. I saw the cook at Captain D's washing his hands with soap and warm water all the way up to his elbows and then drying his hands and arms thoroughly afterwards. That made me feel good about my visit. The reason that, that stood out to me, was because I was next in line to wash my hands.
