We love the Captain D's in Rome. It's been our experience that some of the other Captain D's have had oil that seemed like it needed to be changed. We go to this one a couple of times a week and have never had that experience there. Good food and service.

Captain D’s of Rome has ALWAYS had wonderful service and delicious food. I have visited this location for years and have always had a great experience whether dinning indoors or picking up food from the drive through. The facility is always clean and the prices are great!

To be at this location and know that the management staff was yelling and being nasty to two customers. They placed their order and was shorted food. They kindly requested a fix and was accused of lying about their order. And upon requesting for a manager, she came over being super disrespectful. And refused to make things right. I will never eat at this location again. We cannot standby and watch customers to be treated in this manner. It's not always good for mothers and daughters to work together. Especially if they are going to tag team customers wrongfully.

The fish quality seems to have improved since I've been coming here. Service is always good. Wondering why the fish is cut like giant fish sticks. Prefer it when it was diamond shaped. Cutting back on piece size to save money? Seems you're not getting as much as you used to.

Apologies for the low rating I'm just not a fan of Captain D's. Wile the food is adequate enough, its just not up to par, IMHO, for fast seafood. Specifically for this location, it NEVER should have replaced the Long John Silvers'.

Girl at register was very rude to people in front of us and when I asked where my shrimp was and gave my wife a attitude and I called her out on it told me I didn’t have to eat there. Will never give to dump my business again
