I don’t know why they changed their French fry recipe but they are much worse. Please tell corporate that the people aren’t happy and I’ll only go for chicken and other items now

Called concerned about the lack of traffic control used by this location and the safety hazard it causes when they let traffic back into the street because the thru way is being blocked by teenagers taking an order. Impeding the flow of traffic. If this location is going to create this much traffic they need to hire traffic controllers. Will answers the phone with the most matter if fact bad attitude and asks if “he should just ask everyone not to come” no will, you need to control the traffic you are creating Thanks

Every time I go in the evening, the fries are always hard and cold and they never fill them up all the way. It's only ever in the evening. It's unfortunate cause it used to be better.

Very good Chick-fil-A. Only a drive through. They dont sale strips there. The service was excellent as expected by Chick-Fil-A. Very fast and order was correct.

The intern or who ever it was that the staff was dishing around asked about my dogs and he was all good until he asked if I had a drink; no I didn't and It felt very disrespectful that he'd as that. And him being a "God fearing person" shouldn't as questions such as that. And if GOD was real we'd all have money and no one would be homeless. God does exist he/she (gotta be proper and offend someone that doesn't believe is truth of there being 2 genders male and female) has been fed lie their entire life wake up you beliefs done get you anywhere
Food was FRESH!!!! The folks working the drive thru had the best attitude ? Great place to stop for a quick bite!!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A drive-thru. After waiting an unusually long time, which I assume was due to the increased traffic from the Shorter Avenue location being out of service because of a power outage, I finally received my order. However, when I got home, I discovered that my Chick-fil-A sandwich was missing its buns.
This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I've always relied on Chick-fil-A for their accuracy and consistency. I've never had an issue with my orders in the past, so this was quite a letdown. I hope this is a one-time mistake and not indicative of a decline in their service quality.

Very busy location with a limited menu. It's Chick-fil-a so you know you are always going to have good food & stellar service. However, this location does not have any egg products for breakfast, and limited menu choices.
