I placed an order in the app and when I was eating the very dry and hard biscuit, I felt something weird in my throat. I then pulled a 23 inch hair out of my literal throat. The hashbrowns were also grease-soaked and sloppy. Called the location and was informed we MUST return to the location and wait in the drive through line again if we want a refund. So we did and waited for 20 minutes in the line after their mistake and terrible food quality. This also was not my first time finding hair in the food from here but I will tell you it will be the last.

Biscuit was hard as a rock. Ive had hair in my food from their before but this time I swallowed a 22 inch brunette hair that I had to literally pull out of my throat. Called to get a refund as a I ordered in the app but was rudely informed you have to go back to the location for a refund. Enjoy your hairy chicken, yall.

I went this morning and received the complete wrong order. I called to let them know thinking they might be off a car at the window. They offered to replace my meal but I didn’t have time to go back. They offered to meet me somewhere convenient for me on my commute to work so that they could replace my order. Needless to say, this was top notch customer service! Thank you, Aaron! You truly made my day!
It was completely convenient. We were hungry and traveling with a big load of furniture moving back home to Rome. Thank God for Chick-fil-A doing their thing. Amen, silence, praise for my fathers God. I .may have come from my mother's wome, But I assure you that I am my fathers son .

I don’t know why they changed their French fry recipe but they are much worse. Please tell corporate that the people aren’t happy and I’ll only go for chicken and other items now

It's too bad their political views are what they are, ruins the chimken.
Called concerned about the lack of traffic control used by this location and the safety hazard it causes when they let traffic back into the street because the thru way is being blocked by teenagers taking an order. Impeding the flow of traffic. If this location is going to create this much traffic they need to hire traffic controllers. Will answers the phone with the most matter if fact bad attitude and asks if “he should just ask everyone not to come” no will, you need to control the traffic you are creating Thanks
