I went this morning and received the complete wrong order. I called to let them know thinking they might be off a car at the window. They offered to replace my meal but I didn’t have time to go back. They offered to meet me somewhere convenient for me on my commute to work so that they could replace my order. Needless to say, this was top notch customer service! Thank you, Aaron! You truly made my day!

It was completely convenient. We were hungry and traveling with a big load of furniture moving back home to Rome.

The intern or who ever it was that the staff was dishing around asked about my dogs and he was all good until he asked if I had a drink; no I didn't and It felt very disrespectful that he'd as that. And him being a "God fearing person" shouldn't as questions such as that. And if GOD was real we'd all have money and no one would be homeless.
