Delivery drivers. Beware. This is the worst place to pick up from they Completely. Don’t acknowledge you will look right through you and will mark it ready when it’s not. They will mess with your time you’re rating and get you contract Violations. Chick-fil-A is usually one of my favorite places to pick up from, but this one is just ran absolutely horrible. Management will Also ignore you and look right through you.

My grandmother went to this location today, 2/10/25 to get food for my younger cousin. She had to wait at least 20+ minutes on her order to be brought to the vehicle. When it was brought it, a manager approached her and told her that the employee rang her meal up incorrectly and that because that happen, when she comes back she would have to pay extra.... I don't believe this should be on the customer, instead it should be a coachable moment for the employee who took her order. She is 74 years old and I'm sorry, but that was just absolutely uncalled for, especially with this being a company that uses Christian based beliefs for their ego. Personally, we will never come back to this location again if this is how management is going to treat paying customers. Honestly, if he truly had an issue with what transpired, he should have completely refunded the initial order and then put it back into the system correctly. However, that was not the case and I really wish I had the name of the manager whom she had this interaction with because I would 100% report him to his superior. Completely unprofessional and I think this manager needs to be retrained and be forced to take a class on hospitality.

Place is filthy. Dead bugs and an inch of dirt on the window sills. Sat in the restaurant section for 15 minutes, never talked to a waitress. Moved over to the self serve. Got my wife’s drink wrong and then had to wait ten minutes for a refill. Food was chick fil a. It was awesome. The service and management are both terrible.

I went thru drive thru. Ordered number 1 with ketchup and honey, 2 Bowls of chicken tortillas soup with extra tortilla strips, parfait and frosted lemonade. I had 3 ketchups and 2 packets of strips. So I asked for more strips and was given 2 more… totaling 4 for 2 bowls of soup. So I went back thru the drive thru and bought another Bowl of soup. I got specific and asked for 10 packets of strips (as I would now 3 BOWLS of soup) and 3 packets of Honey (that I like with fries and NEVER received). I STILL RECEIVED ZERO HONEY PACKETS AND THEN WAS ONLY GIVEN 6 PACKETS OF STRIPS TO MAKE A TOTAL OF 10 if you added the 4 I reluctantly received round one. When I asked for the strips, they even matched, “you want a soup and a lot of strips, pull around.” I got in drive thru at 912pm. My first order completed at 935pm. I got right back in drive thru and my second order completed at 952pm. This was the worst chick fil an experience I have ever had. It was obstinate and stubborn service that just blatantly refused to respect my wishes. I would pay for the condiments if that’s the issue but I want the flavor and texture I’m seeking especially when I’m paying $50 for my order. I have never completed a rating like this but I’m so disappointed and disgusted with how I was treated over something seemingly so small, but large enough to me that I went back thru and actually purchased more food in order to receive condiments for my food… and still did NOT get what I requested.

Had literal children standing outside delivering orders in 22 degree weather at 8 at night. Once I got my delivery I went inside to ask for a manager and they were all sitting on break. I asked them why they had children outside working and they said there is no one working outside. Well i must be delusional cause I just asked three employees standing in the cold outside how old they were and they were all minors. They said well that’s different because they’re not taking orders they’re just delivering them. So same thing ? You don’t see McDonald’s employees outside in 20 degree weather. Are you saying McDonalds treats their employees better then Chick-fil-A?

Went in on 12/23/24. Counters were dirty and sticky. My nuggets were tough and almost tasteless. The Mac and cheese was not good at all. No real flavor to it. Not a good experience. I was going to go thru drive thru but the ladies out there did not have a menu to look at beforehand when taking orders.
