When we entered to greet the hostess we ask for the large booth to the right that was empty for our party of six. The hostess stated that table was not available, the person had returned to their car to get something so we were seated to the other side of the restaurant. About ten minutes later four people came in and was taken to that table but the person didn’t want that table stating it was too big. If the person had returned from their car they knew the booth was too big, the hostess was holding the table which is wrong. I thought the tables were first come first serve. When the people didn’t want the table she looked to see if I had seen what she had done, simply wrong for employees to save available tables for people they know. Also the men’s restroom had a commode that had ran over leaving tissue and waste all over the floor, completely nasty! Chilis was usually one of the better restaurants you could count on but it has been very disappointing for about a year.

Love the food and the service is amazing however I want the white queso back. I was told it would be back by multiple people and then I just called and was told it wasn’t coming back despite the multiple complaints about it. Really a bummer but I guess I’ll stick to the ribs for now lol. P.S no one want that beef queso

It took them about 1 hour to get us seated. But other then that, the food was AMAZING!!!!! I got the triple dipper as always. Would highly recommend not coming on the weekend

The new skillet queso was replaced by a nasty tasting queso. Been eating there 1 to 2 times a week for years as of 11/24/2025 I'll never eat there again .1 family of customers that will never be back. The Carver family Rome ga.

Food prices have gone up which okay it's what it is but food quality went way down. Chili's use to be one of my favorite places. Our server Jessica did not seem happy to be working, if we took a moment to decide on something she was painfully annoyed at least that's the expression on her face. Very disappointed with the experience.

It has been years since I have eaten at Chili’s Grill and Bar. After Mountain Day activities at Berry College, my husband and I decided to eat here. We were greeted and seated within minutes after arrival. Our server, Alyssa, arrived at our table immediately with a beautiful smile, cordial introduction, a pleasant and professional attitude. She started with our drinks which were delivered quickly by a team member. Alyssa then discussed the menu with us and kindly answered all of our questions regarding entrees. After taking and placing our order, Alyssa continued to monitor our table and check on us while attending to a large party and two other guest tables. Our food was delivered timely and hot. And it was delicious! Alyssa followed up with us throughout our dinner time and kept our cups filled. For her to equally, effectively, and simultaneously divide her time and attention amongst every table she served was amazing.
Alyssa made our dining experience exceptional! The quality of customer service, menu knowledge, and professionalism that she delivered was impeccable. Alyssa is by far one of the best servers I’ve ever had and definitely one of the sweetest. Alyssa’s passion for serving others separates her from the norm.
Thank you, Alyssa, for an amazing dining experience. I hope to have you as my server the next time I visit the restaurant. I will surely be requesting you.
