Rude customer service, food was made sloppy, but the milkshake was really good. Customer service plays a big part in the food industry. If you don't feel welcomed or if you're treated poorly, I usually do not go back. I work hard for my money & there are too many other food establishments I can spend my money at to receive a non sloppy meal & not be belittled by rude, lazy employees. Only thing I recommend are milkshakes & that would be to go. Thank you

Went right at new years at location across from floyd hospital. Had 2 orders- mine was a chicken sandwich a milkshake and a jalapeƱo fry. Chicken sandwich wasn't even rang up on first order. Lady said my sandwich was on my daughter's order by mistake which made her have to pay. Turns out Alyssa didn't even ring up a chicken sandwich on either order. Found out order was jacked up at hospital when we got food out to eat. This was ridiculous. For the record my daughters order wasn't correct either. Son in law ordered chicken strips tossed in cajun...he got some type sandwich with mayo like substance. Daughters order was correct. So for 30 bucks total 1 person of 3 had the order they asked for. When ppl have been in a hospital icu room like I have been with my mother for 24 hrs they like to have what is paid for. Needless to say it was a 2 for 1 visit to cook out---first and last! Happy new yr

Went on the night of the 23rd. All four of us got sever food poisoning. Non stop vomiting and diarrhea. As Iām writing this review I am still battling it. It could have been a bad batch but still needs to be looked into.

12-22-24 @ 720 pm. Once again poorly prepared, and wrong product prepared and with bad attitudes even though it's always been their fault. Prooer shakes poorly prepared even after we returned the wrong shakes. So in line 2 times for wrong, and improperly prepared shakes. We have called the corporate office to complain at least 3-4 times. Take Ruben off of making shakes. I guess it's complain once again or just drive by like they aren't there.

So me, and my boyfriend were picking up food for us and our son. We got three orders in the drive through line I was ordering and the girl with medium length brown hair took my order and she couldnāt hear what i was saying as I was ordering which wasnāt a problem at all. I repeated it multiple times for her to understand. But after the last time she got really frustrated with her voice and monotoned and clearly annoyed with me telling her what i wanted to order. We pull up to the line, and she is clearly agitated. She had two other girls with her that had the same look and enthusiasm. They asked if we wanted any sauces and this location makes you tell them what sauce you want when you get to the window. We asked for seven ranch because we had 3 meals and it seemed reasonable. The girl shut the window on us clearly mad and got her sauces while she talked to the two other girls. We can hear their whole conversation as well. The girl said donāt give them 7 ranch and they looked at us again all irritated and didnāt give us any of the sauce we asked and had misplaced items. I never write reviews but these girls werenāt afraid to show their irritation towards customers and didnāt care who heard them or how they treated us. I donāt appreciate the way anything was handled. 12/18/2024 around 10pm yall need to fire those girls to get your business right. iām sorry it was so obvious how annoyed they were.

Every employee in there was cackling careless and disrespectful. 1/10 would not recommend the night crew!
Would not fill my travel cup with ice or water. Charging. 35 cents for a cup of water is really foolish, losing a customer for 35 cents really stupid. I will not ever go to your establishment for just such stupidity. You might take a page out of Chick-fil-A's playbook. Your food is just not that good, and is no longer a value.

Cook Out used to give you a good serving of food, but not anymore. The portions were small and the food was cold. Barely got any cole slaw which was warm, not cold. Even the soda was bad. I don't plan to go back any time soon.
