Rude customer service, food was made sloppy, but the milkshake was really good. Customer service plays a big part in the food industry. If you don't feel welcomed or if you're treated poorly, I usually do not go back. I work hard for my money & there are too many other food establishments I can spend my money at to receive a non sloppy meal & not be belittled by rude, lazy employees. Only thing I recommend are milkshakes & that would be to go. Thank you
Cook Out used to give you a good serving of food, but not anymore. The portions were small and the food was cold. Barely got any cole slaw which was warm, not cold. Even the soda was bad. I don't plan to go back any time soon.
Dear friend in a terrible accident ?. Long hours spent at the hospital with no sleep or decent meals. Nothing about this goes well with my epilepsy. Thank goodness Cook Out is the next block over & open until the wee am!

At these late hours I truly expected the ability to pre-order online or by phone. After a 16 hour day with someone you care about in crisis, no one wants to STAND IN A DRIVE THROUGH LINE AT 2AM!!!
