I just went here with my friends and we got three separate orders. I got the cookie dough blizzard and my other friend got the choco brownie blizzard. When they handed us the first blizzard they told us it was the choco brownie blizzard, so my friend who got the choco brownie blizzard started eating it. Then they realized that blizzard was actually my cookie dough blizzard.
I asked if I could get it remade and they told me they were too busy. So then I asked for a refund and the worker said I'd have to give her back my change. I paid with a card. Then someone else came and told me I could get it remade if I paid for a second one.
I am not going to pay for their mistake. I told them as much. They said they could give me a new spoon, but my friend had already eaten from the blizzard. Her saliva was all up in that. Eating after her would have been unsanitary, but they didn't care.
Imagine if I had gotten sick or my friend had been allergic to something in the blizzard she ate because of their mistake. Their response to my request was entirely unprofessional. Then they had the nerve to argue with me over a refund and give me an attitude.
I have never had to pull a "Karen" moment. I usually don't. But their lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Do not go here unless you're looking to have your day ruined.

Went through drive thru , had to repeat myself a couple times for my order, when I pulled to the window , they didn’t even ring up my order and asked me what I wanted again. They didn’t even get my order right , and other employees were arguing with customers inside.

The food is pretty standard fast food fare. That said, the service is lacking. The kids working there need to focus on something other than their phones, friends, and coworkers. My order is wrong maybe 40% of the time. I have yo ask for napkins, etc. They need an adult on staff training them. The place is not cleaned throughout the shift, and is a mess. Go at your own risk.

Just sharing that I found a peanut in my cotton candy blizzard. Not a big deal for me but if someone had a peanut allergy that could be a bad. Otherwise this location is great!

Upon entering the store three employees were chatting, meandering about, completely oblivious that a customer was waiting at the counter.
One employee was cutting fruit for a blizzard with no gloves. The topping containers were strewn about the front counter within reach of the general public. Not that it mattered considering food safety seemed to be of no consequence to the employees.
I had to get the employees attention after ten minutes of being ignored.
I threw my food away after exiting. If an employee is comfortable touching raw fruit with bare hands one can only imagine what happens at the grill.
My first and last visit to this location.

Always excellent customer service at this location. Employees are polite and courteous as well as friendly. The food at this location is cooked to order and fresh. I hadn't eaten at a Dairy Queen in years and we started going about 3 months ago, this a regular stop for eating out at least 2 to 3 times a month now. If you want a good burger and fries and a delicious cold dessert afterwards this should be on your regular eat in list.

Ordered 3 blizzards. Was asked if I wanted lids. Should have been a clue something wasn't right. I was taking them less than 10 mins home, why not? Got home carried them inside and they were leaking all in the carrier. They were melted. No way they were anywhere near frozen when they were given to me. I just spent 10 minutes cleaning ice cream out of my passenger seat and under my seat in the carpet. If the machine is broken don't sell it. Didn't sit well in our stomachs either. At least the lady in the window was nice.
The food is mediocre.I had to leave out of the drive through and walk in because the cone that I spent over 5 dollars for was a kids cone. I went in and talk to them and I was given another cone that still was not worth 5 dollars but it was better than the first.Staff is friendly and professional.

I don’t like coming here due to the rude workers here , the Hispanic women here are very rude and lack good customer service , everytime I come they are rude for no reason, today I went they was rude , I ordered a meal that cameWith a sundae, I asked for a caramel sundae without the caramel cause my son wanted my ice cream but he don’t like caramel , a guy took my order but another woman took over the order to let me know that wasn’t a caramel sundae that it was a vanilla sundae , there was no vanilla sundae option she knew what I meant there was no need for the extra just say ok we can do that. The guy was very polite but the women there ( Hispanic ) are rude and I want be back . I rather give my money to another business . 4/28/24
