Went to shorter avenue rome ga location. We ordered a peanut buster parfait. It tasted like a whole salt shaker was in both of ours! Terrible! Took it back inside to the ordering cashier.. told him the issue. He just said âok. So we wasted our money and terrible customer service on top of that! They watched us throw it away and leave.. never offered to remake it! We will not return to this location!

The blizzards are always good but the attitudes of the workers are terrible, not friendly or helpful at all. No effort to greet and no warm hand off when leaving. The service is just a disgrace!

Everytime I order the new blizzards on the app, they leave ingredients out that's suppose to be included.
Ordered the crunchin cookie blizzard they left out the oreos. I also ordered a side cup of the crunchin cookie cone dip that cost 90 cent and it was served in a tiny cup thats used for condiments like ketchup. It was not worth 90 cent, and no where near the size people were getting on the viral videos.
Today I ordered the new dipped strawberry cheesecake blizzard and its suppose to have choco chunks, strawberries, and cheesecake. Once again I didnt get no chocolate chunks that's suppose to be included.
I don't recommend for people to order on the app for this location.

I came to order blizzards through the drive thru, The employee who took my order had my order messed up. I asked and told them if they could remake me the one I originally asked for, the employee then snatched the blizzard out of my hand, rolls her eyes, and walks off. I tried asking for a manager but somewhat sheâs not in the store? I believe the employees who work at this place should have their manager on clock most of the time, instead theyâre on their phones, talking to one another instead of helping a costumer and unprofessional.

This place is usually fast and the blizzards are frozen at just the right consistency. The fried foods aren't bad either. Use the app for great deals.
I just went here with my friends and we got three separate orders. I got the cookie dough blizzard and my other friend got the choco brownie blizzard. When they handed us the first blizzard they told us it was the choco brownie blizzard, so my friend who got the choco brownie blizzard started eating it. Then they realized that blizzard was actually my cookie dough blizzard.
I asked if I could get it remade and they told me they were too busy. So then I asked for a refund and the worker said I'd have to give her back my change. I paid with a card. Then someone else came and told me I could get it remade if I paid for a second one.
I am not going to pay for their mistake. I told them as much. They said they could give me a new spoon, but my friend had already eaten from the blizzard. Her saliva was all up in that. Eating after her would have been unsanitary, but they didn't care.
Imagine if I had gotten sick or my friend had been allergic to something in the blizzard she ate because of their mistake. Their response to my request was entirely unprofessional. Then they had the nerve to argue with me over a refund and give me an attitude.
I have never had to pull a "Karen" moment. I usually don't. But their lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Do not go here unless you're looking to have your day ruined.

Went through drive thru , had to repeat myself a couple times for my order, when I pulled to the window , they didnât even ring up my order and asked me what I wanted again. They didnât even get my order right , and other employees were arguing with customers inside.
