I love a good Dairy Queen, seems they are hard to come by, however this one is the cleanest and good service that ive had in a while.

Went by 7/30/25 at 10:36am doors were locked could not see anyone inside or at drive , store was supposed to open at 10:30am.

I love DQ ice cream however this particular location is the worst! The employees are just rude, short, definitely not friendly, and are just awful! Sometimes my ice is right however the employees are why I will not be returning!

Thanks for the spoiled ranch dressing. I literally dunked my chicken in it and went to eat it and didn't realize it was curdled and I threw up. The staff had a Karen act going on. And couldn't get the order right and got mad when they had to redo it

2nd time I have gotten a blizzard with almost no toppings in it. At this point it’s like overpaying for vanilla ice cream.

Took over 25 minutes on a Sunday to make two blizzards and some cheese curds. I stood there watching my blizzards melt while the dude behind the counter was and I quote "I'm busy doing other things I don't know what is what" . I was one of two people who ordered inside. Please hire and train your staff a little more they even seem stressed out. No one should work like that. The poor kid came back from his break to the printer slammed with orders and no one seemed bothered.

Employee at the counter has a piss poor attitude. Angry that we came in 10 mins before the dining room closed. Hunched over. No eye contact. Punching the register device with his finger... Kneeling on the ground with his hat off... possibly praying? Maybe trying to self-soothe...?
...What is going on?

I do not recommend coming here.
Unless you want to use that employee as an example to your kids. "Today's lesson: How to NOT behave in the service industry."
