I ordered a spinach and feta cheese specialty pizza and got it home and they had put black olives on it! Why? I wasn't going to drive all the way back, but they ruined my pizza.

Awful. I placed my order at 9:25pm. The guy took my order and told me it would be 10-15 minutes. I sat in the store for 40 minutes waiting. Three workers asked my name and still didn't have my food. The guy that took my order didn't even remember my name. What's even worse, I was sitting in the store right in front of them and they had already given my order to someone else. My name wasn't in their system but my order was. I demanded and received a refund. Awful service. This was my first time going back in a while and my last.

The last two orders I have made have been completely wrong and some how I've been made to feel like it was my fault both times. The first time was over the phone when it arrived not only was it the wrong order the pizza was inedible had zero sauce and dried up and nasty. The second time, wrong crust again and I ordered online this time like suggested and again I was made to feel like it was my fault again. I work hard for my money, the first order was over 100.00 dollars and the second order was almost 80.00 dollars. I have always gotten good service and great food from domino's in the past, I don't know what has happened but I have been stuck with nearly 200.00 dollars that nobody would eat and I was also told there was nothing they could do about it. I'm sorry domino's but you have just lost a multiple decades long customer.

Ordered, took my money, waited over an hour. Couldn't call, couldn't get an update, can't reach the store at all. They offer delivery but don't deliver apparently. They'll take your money, but won't deliver your food.
First order was delivered to a totally different address. Second order was ordered and never delivered and they won’t answer the phone. Save your time and money.
