I ordered pizza spent almost 40 it took over an hour to get here. The pizza is horrible! It was cold and the wings had a drizzle of sauce on them. I tired to call twice. I was on hold 14 mins the first time and 20 mins then second time no one ever answered! This is unacceptable! The apps wants to give me a free medium 2 topping pizza! Unacceptable! We can’t even eat this trash y’all delivered!!!!!
So I was impressed that Domino's advertised that they had a contactless pick up process. Supposedly I could use their pizza tracker app and then when my pizza was ready I could hit a button that I was here and walk right in and pick it up.
so far I have been waiting in this waiting room for 15 mins. Best I can tell they haven't even put it in the oven yet.
This waiting room is filling up with way too many people because they are so swamped.

Answer your telephone. My wife called to place an order, after waiting 30 minutes for a person to answer, she hung up the phone. Are you willing to pay for the minutes used because you would not answer. Hire more people instead of recording machines. I will give you a MINUS 50 RATING.
