If I could give negative scores I would! We ordered pizza delivery was doused to be 32 to 42 mins, it took 62 mins! The pizza was cold like it had been sitting there for a while! The wings had a drizzle of sauce on them. I tired to call the store and was on hold for over 40 mins total. The app offered me a free medium 2 topping pizza which is unacceptable! I spent almost 40 on food that we can’t even eat! This is unacceptable!

I ordered pizza spent almost 40 it took over an hour to get here. The pizza is horrible! It was cold and the wings had a drizzle of sauce on them. I tired to call twice. I was on hold 14 mins the first time and 20 mins then second time no one ever answered! This is unacceptable! The apps wants to give me a free medium 2 topping pizza! Unacceptable! We can’t even eat this trash y’all delivered!!!!!

I placed an order for delivery and when my food was dropped off it was all completely wrong and the driver had already left so I called the store and after being on hold for fifteen minutes they hung up on me so I drove to the store and when I told the staff the issue they all just laughed and made a big joke out of it never once taking the time to even apologize for the mix up or offering to even take the delivery charge off then they told me it would be another forty five minutes before the new pizzas would be ready so I just asked for a refund. . . . Very very unprofessional staff and this is not the first time I have had issues at this location so I would recommend going to another store if you want what you order.
If you’re going to complain about customers ordering pizza from your restaurant, you probably should do it a little quieter… put the pizza in the box bro

Ordered delivery got the wrong order delivered to my house after fighting with their A.I answering service waited on hold for 10 minutes just for them to hang up drove up there to have it corrected didn’t get an apology or anything they laughed and found the situation funny the cashier had her cigarette and lighter ready to go outside so she really couldn’t be bothered isn’t my first bad experience here but definitely the last
