I ordered pizza spent almost 40 it took over an hour to get here. The pizza is horrible! It was cold and the wings had a drizzle of sauce on them. I tired to call twice. I was on hold 14 mins the first time and 20 mins then second time no one ever answered! This is unacceptable! The apps wants to give me a free medium 2 topping pizza! Unacceptable! We can’t even eat this trash y’all delivered!!!!!

Only minus was my internet was not working and could not order online. Also last second decision so I could not get the rewards because I did not order online. You should get the rewards no matter how you order. Some people are not always able to do online orders. Last pizza before this was not good (too dry) so I asked for extra sauce, explained situation. This one was excellent. Did not notice a garlic crust though.

Okay I called last night and spoke to a woman and she refused to take my order l. She said you don't deliver to me but I called lthe night before and spoke to a guy and he said you guys do deliver to me. So i called the other store and they said you guys do too deliver to me... great way to screw with someone who has a traumatic brain injury.. I guess I'll have to order the cardboard pizza from Pappa johns

The folks at the Dominos Pizza in Bremen, GA, were great! Due to the inaccurate directions on Google maps (they have tried to get Google to fix it), I had to call the actual store to find out where they were. The employee that answered the phone was very helpful.
Definitely need to care a little more about your customers !

The employees were too busy making each other food to take home. In the meantime we're waiting in our car waiting on our order. We told them online what we would be in and my husband had to go in to see what was going on with our order. I called to see what was taking so long even though we were sitting right outside. The only car out there. They tell me that whoever answers the phone says she's the manager. She's going to say that we had to tell them when we get there. I was irate. I told them I'm not paying for this order after all they put us through. Being smart alecs saying not to go back to that store. Believe me I won't even if we were paid to go in that place. Ashleigh Hill was one getting food to go home. We had to wait until the employees got their food to take home before they made our order which still hadn't been made until my husband had to go in and find out what was going on. We both were very angry 😡
I did an online order last night for a veggie thin crust. When I drove all the way to the one on Shorter the pizza was SAUCY SALTY AND SOGGY. I called and spoke with Sarah and she told me to bring the pizza back to let her see what i mean. After driving in my pjs she was VERY rude. She didn’t even open the box. I asked for the pizza to be remade and she stated we not remaking your pizza. They were all laughing and unprofessional. She did all that over a veggie $12 pizza. This is a privately owned location and tend to not care about customers. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. The owner Mike I am waiting on a call back asap.

You tell me if it's a rip-off or not ordered on Friday September 27th used discount card from school and paid one price call and order the same thing on September the 3rd and the price was like $13 more then the price I paid Friday please tell me why because the manager really be put putting money in their pocket
