“Bacon  smash” absolutely delightful, simply amazed from the moment pulling into the parking lot until leaving with a “to-go” box.
Phenomenal smells immediately upon entering the business, personable employees behind the counter, after ordering they bring your food to your table, hot fresh mouthwatering food, secret sauce? Taste a little bit like Zaxby’s, but it better!!! Food was divine.
Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating, love the 70s music, establishment very clean, even the bathrooms 🚽

I ordered lunch at 1137 via the website and was given the pick up time of 12. One of my coworkers was kind enough to pick it up for me. However, she waited over 30 minutes after the pick up time for them to complete the order which wasted her entire lunch break. She received the order at 1230, 30 minutes after the pick up time. The website says fast service, which it undoubtedly was not. She finally parked her car and walked in after waiting through the drive through to ask if there was a problem. There were no attempts in the restaurant to make it right. I had also tried to call the restaurant 2 times to address the issue, however, no one is answering the phone. Therefore, I am leaving this review on here. If you are going to offer online ordering for convenient and fast pick up, then you need to do that, or make it right when there is an issue.

I wanted to like this place but ordered two meals. Felt forgotten (multiple patrons who ordered after got their food way before). But also felt forgotten because the bacon burger didn't come with bacon, and the fries didn't come with sauce (as described). But the main thing was, with just two meals, they both arrived at different temperatures. One meal had hot fries with a room temp burger and the other the opposite. Not worth the $40. I'll just stick with Harvest Moon Cafés burger, around the same price, but better everything.

Were visiting from out of town. Chose this place randomly and we were not disappointed. I had the Chipotle Chicken Wrap and it was excellent. The service was quick and friendly. Would definitely come here again.

First time eating here. I had chicken salad sandwich and pasta salad. Husband had the new hot honey chicken sandwich and fries. The food was good and there was plenty of it. Service was friendly. We liked that there was plenty of seating available and it was well spaced so no one felt cramped. Everything looked very clean. Unfortunately, I had to take off one star because I got a piece of lemon curd cake and my husband got chocolate cake to go. Both pieces were stale.

I don’t know how I didn’t know about this place sooner! This place should be out the door busy all the time! Absolutely incredible food. Fresh, scrumptious, perfectly seasoned! I got four meal. One wrap , one burger, a patty melt and a kids grilled cheese. All were perfection! Thank you for a new best place to eat! They are also inclusive to dietary restrictions. Gluten free, keto and vegetarian.
I’m not really a fan of the original Doug’s Deli so I had reservations when visiting this location. Had the Chipotle Smash burger and it was actually pretty good! Came with two lousy slices of avocado which I pointed out and they quickly brought some more. Good service overall. Pleasant atmosphere. The booths and chairs are really comfortable!
The only two detractors for me were 1.) the back door seemed to easily be left open and tossed about by the wind allowing flies to get in and hot air 2.) right as we walked in, the broken floors caught my eye.

You can either order ahead and pickup or order at the counter. They bring the food to your table after that. I don't understand why they only have one burger with one patty and it doesn't come with cheese. Then all the other burgers come with two patties for $2 more. My suggestion is that all burgers can be purchased with 1 patty for $2 less. Having said all this the burgers tasted great. The fries on the other hand were okay. Mine were not cooked enough and were pretty salty. My wife and daughter's fries were ordered salt free and were overcooked and because of that they ate them. I wish I took a picture so you can see the difference. Having really good fries are a very important part of the meal to me when ordering a burger. It just completes the experience. Overall it wasn't bad but definitely could have been better.

Very clean, nice and friendly staff and great food for a great price! We walked in at 6:45pm and they closed at 7pm but we were treated very nice and got very hot and fresh food and alot of food at that! The burgers are huge! Hard to find a place this good for 2 people under $30
