Duffy's Deli

Some folks like to keep the best things in life a secret. But I'm a firm believer in sharing is caring. Dropped in here for the first time today. They back their cakes in house and they're reasonably priced. I couldn't make up my mind between the caramel cake and the chocolate with peanut butter frosting, so I got both to go. I made the right decision! Yum!!!

I so happened to be in Rome today and passed by this Deli. Did a quick Google to check the reviews and decided to try it out. I ordered the classic club sandwich which was delicious and the chicken salad in a soup bowl. The chicken salad flavor was great but the chicken itself was not tender as you would expect it to be. I’m not sure if they cook their chicken in house or use chicken breast but it should’ve been cooked longer. So disappointed because the chicken salad had a good flavor and I don’t want to throw it out😢.

I absolutely love Duffy's and their broccoli salad is typically my favorite. However, I got it today and it tasted totally different, almost as if it had been frozen. Hardly any flavor. I sure hope you haven't changed the recipe!

The best of the best local deli! Always take the best care of their customers and go above and beyond! Especially the sweet owners! I have loved this place my whole life, and Rome is lucky to have Duffys! 🙌🏻

I came in with a large order, last minute, during lunch hour today. Not for a SINGLE moment did I feel like I was an inconvenience. Each staff member I encountered at Duffy's was generous, very kind and patient! I was more than impressed by the grace with which I was received, especially when I had forgotten to call my order in early. Thank y'all so much!

Make sure you check your to go order(s) before leaving. When the person who made my sandwich asked my husband if he wanted my sandwich to be grilled or toasted, he told them heated in the microwave. Instead they toasted it. Not only was it burnt, by the time he got home the bread was hard as rock. Needless to say, I was unable to eat it.

Very good sandwich shop. My granddaughter & I went for lunch. Perfect spot. It's a little pricey but very good.
