Worst customer serviceā¦. Went for some coffeeā¦ stood there for 1 minuteā¦. There were 2 girls at counter, but none of them greeted or came to the register to take my orderā¦. Eventually had to leave the store without placing any orderā¦. Really poor service

the girl who works at night with the mask is consistently rude and uninviting. she always has a snarky attitude for no reason. coffeeās good, but her attitude is definitely going to get her in trouble one day.

I can't believe how awesome this place is. I was talking about my favorite donut ( chocolate glazed covered in coconut),and Lucy made one. The best ever, so glad I stopped in. It goes great with my coconut coffee.

I got 2 drinks one for me, and one for my son. They were not on the menu and the lady who took my order was patient reading my phone on how I wanted it made. Both ladies who made my drinks did an awesome job! They both were so yummy!
Loaded hash browns the cup was only half full, a teaspoon of cheese and half a piece of bacon crumbled up. It tasted terrible. The sausage, egg, cheese croissant was terrible also.

Food is fine I have no problem with it . It just the workers here SO RUDE for no reason and seem so miserable. We waited for 10 minutes to get our order taken and when she came she was so rude and when we asked for a half dozen of dounts she just rolled her eyes and pointed. So as we was figuring out what to get she just keep rolling her eyes acting like she was bored and something better to do then she got a drive thru order and so then she just completely ignored us and then when my husband quietly asked her for the receipt while she was at the cash register still she gave him the hold on finger like excuse me !?!? After she was done taking the order she like what did you want and then rudely handed us the receipt . And then when our order was done being made no one lets us know it was done it was just sitting there and then when she got finished making the drink she just shoved it to us like it almost about to fall. This place seriously needs better staff.

donāt usually go to ddās bc theyāre always rude, but we decided to give it a try. we went in and werenāt greeted. we waited to get our donuts for like 15 mins. went to ask for them, and they still didnāt give them to us despite not being busy. the store was literally empty. they eventually left the donuts at the counter without letting us know they were ready, and when we pointed that out, they laughed and said that they werenāt a restaurant that brings the food to the table. we didnāt even expect that from them at all; we just wanted them to call it out like they always do. then we ended up leaving with 2 donuts bc they got our order wrong. i donāt understand why these ppl are hired if they canāt have decent customer service. itās so unfair that those who actually TRY donāt get hired. this corporation has terrible management.
Meet up spot to pick up my children and while we are there surprised them with š© i get love the blueberry š muffin with mocha coffee āļø and enjoy the smiles š on my children face has spend time there
