Very disappointed. I get the same iced latte every day, but typically at another location. This was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had- no flavor & a bad after taste. I understand they are busy, but this was a waste of $$.

I bought a Matcha large yesterday. The cup was filled to the top with ice. I barely drove a block and was done. Hardly any drink, just ice. This isn't the 1st time I've been disappointed at this place, but hate driving all the way up Shorter Ave to the other Dunkin which is a lot better

This was the worst tasting 8.00 for a coffee I have ever had. The woman who fixed it was so not wanting to bring it out. Ingratitude would not even cover the way she acted and approached. No thank you come back, no acknowledging the fact that we were even there. The taste of that coffee, the Shaking, brown sugar double exspresso with oat milk, and supposed to be creamy. Let me tell you, never again. It truly was horrible. I only tasted the exspresso coffee. Where was the rest. She did shake it. Almost 8.00 I actually let 3 other people have some. They hated it..if it had been advertised double exspresso coffee only ding ding......it had to be made wrong no taste of cream milk. Or brown sugar. No froth. She did shake it I saw that. Just oh my goodness terrible...

If you don't know about Dunkin donuts, just do your own research and deep dive for 15 minutes. You'll know all you need to know. It's a super busy place where this one is. Everybody is relatively cordial, nice and quick to respond. They have a lot of people in the short time. It's not my cup of tea so you need to look at this one yourself!
