I love Dunkin!!! At first they went and get my drink right but now they do. It makes my soul happy to have an iced Matcha latte and I love the way they make it. The service is great and they’re always very friendly.

The workers are always being rude. They never give us time to order and are always rushing even when we ask for a minute. They act like they don’t want to work there and it’s happened multiple times.

The service was trash. The barista sat at the drive-through talking to someone for eight minutes, then gave me the wrong drink. When I went back they gave me the wrong drink again then they gave me the wrong doughnut. Horrible service would never go again. They deserve to be fired.

Very disappointed. I get the same iced latte every day, but typically at another location. This was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had- no flavor & a bad after taste. I understand they are busy, but this was a waste of $$.
