Food was delicious. Thank you to the cooks. Very quiet when my family and kids went. Cashier was patient and nice. Wait staff left much to be desired. Had to get my own tray. Or at least it felt that way. No service for real. However, the burger was delicious and so were the fries and hot dog. I always order plain cheeseburgers. Haven’t eaten here since I was a child. Was not disappointed with the food. Thanks again to the cooks.

Not good! food and service has totally went down. We pulled in aboutl 8pm, not but 1 car in the entire parking lot.there was not one customer inside just 2 of us. Used to be one of our faves definitely not anymore!

Love me a delicious burger from Fuddruckers! Glad there is one here in Rome, Ga. The staff is always so kind to my wife and I. The inside is always clean, fresh toppings put out by the bar. There is a cool little arcade area for the kids to play. A dessert bar with some pretty tasty desserts too. Pricing is fair for the amount of food you receive. I recommend ordering the Bourbon burger. SO GOOD!

Please save yourself a trip. Especially if you live further away. My husband and I decided to drive for an hour because all the locations closer to us in Georgia were closed. I ordered a burger with onions and mushrooms and my husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The only decent thing on our plates were fries. Buns were extremely big comparing to the patties. Chicken breast was so small it didn't even cover half of the bun. It looked like a joke. Burger had no flavor whatsoever. I feel like this location haven't heard about spices. This is not how I remember Fuuderuckers. Waste if time and taste buds.

All other times I have visited this location it has been great. This time I decided to order their Crispy chicken sandwich. I was very disappointed. It was like one of those chicken patties you get at school. It was awful. And especially for the price. The only thing I'll ever get there is a burger. No more trying new things.

Haven't been there in a year, the buffalo chicken sandwich was big and good! All clean! My first senior discount anywhere was given ... (hurt my feelings) , after I ordered and given the total, the cashier said o wait, here's your "young ladies discount" . Downer. Lol, I would rather pay the 10%. I was embarrassed. Maybe there is a sign , I didn't look...saying : remind us to give you your Sr discount. Damn, I didn't know I looked my age!
