Ordered hot coffee. It was cold. I returned it. The barista brewed another pot. Never should happen in a "coffee" shop.

Green mug at EG Mall Inanam. Cappuccino the cheese did not reach or near the brim of the cup. I never have drink like this from other outlet.

the taste is amazing. but i didnt get any notice about change of hot drink cup size.😅 the size is reduced so much. is it permanent of you guys ran out of hot cup stocks? I bought from 2 outlet, kingfisher and EG mall. its same small size of hot cup. Pic will be in comment section because i couldnt upload picture here.

So you reduced the size of the cup but you maintained the prices? the cheese is also non-existent even when i chose extra cheese.. not going to buy from green mug anymore..

Convenient place for Floyd Medical employees and visitors to get their specialty coffees. They have two newer baristas and they’re doing a great job. They always have good customer service and serve me quickly. Wish the sandwiches in the front cooler were just a little cheaper. If i’m gonna spend $5 I might as well get a hot lunch.

It's not the best Starbucks around. It's great to have it conveniently in the hospital.
