Stopped by yesterday Thursday Oct 23 at 7pm and doors were locked, stopped by today Friday Oct 24 at 730pm, went in and person asked who had unlocked the door cause they couldnt take orders due to computer issues. Service here has been goig down hill for a while. Have stopped by here for years on my way home but will probably not waste my time in the near future.

Chicken in our sandwiches was touch and dry, like it has been cooked earlier and had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. We asked for no pickle, yet both sandwiches had at least 4 soggy pickes on them, which did not improve the taste. The girl at drivethru acted like we were an inconvenience for ordering food. Will not be going back.

Very clean establishment with great tasting food. We stopped here on our way to the Smokies. The best Mushroom Swiss burger I have ever had hands down. The fries and chicken tenders also weren't greasy. We will definitely stop in again.

By far the slowest and mentally challenged staff I’ve ever endured at any establishment in my 50yrs. Order for 2 people took 22 minutes to fulfill. To see the staff move behind the counter was the equivalent of watching the special Olympics in reverse slow motion.

This Hardee's almost never has complete ingredients for a sandwich. Tonight I got a double "famous star" with literally just one piece of cheese between two pieces of beef nothing else inside the bun. They stole my money.
The blonde with ponytail had a bad attitude, rude..we asked for ketchup and she walked away, the other employee saw and helped us..

What you would expect from a fast-food joint. Nothing more or less. I would definitely recommend the Frisco Burger! That is probably my favorite menu item.
