Timely and reasonable for time to get food. Food was received as asked for & freshly cooked which is awesome. Clean dining area & restroom and staff made sure to be welcoming and friendly. Trash was not overflowing and the drink area was tidy and dry.

The Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit was perfect! Customer service was great as well ?
The sausage on my biscuit was tainted. When I called to report my order for a later replacement. The phone was never answered. It was Sunday and they were not busy. The folded eggs weren't freshly cooked. They had been left in the warming tray too long. It was 9:13am when I visited. I live across town. There's only one Hardee's in town. When I do eat fast food it's frustrating to not get quality food or service.

Even though it's considered fast food, it doesn't taste like it,it taste like it was made at home...just delicious. ?
I came in to get my free cheeseburger when spending a $1. But the email says you need to download the app and order from there.So I do that. But then the app does not even have the regular cheeseburger available to buy so I couldn’t even use my birthday offer.The manager there today (11/9/23) was super nice and understanding and said she’d let management know about the app and still gave me birthday offer. ☺️ it was something small but made my day that she didn’t let the app ruin my day.

Every time I come here they always forget at least one thing. Today I got some breakfast and they forgot one time, as usual. My partner goes inside to show the receipt to get it and there’s not one patron inside. We were the only ones in the drive thru and they took forever to get our food to us. So they’re not busy AND they constantly forget food. I also noticed the health inspection they only got a 91 and they had been getting scores in the 80s before. Most of the issues have to do with food safety/handling and correct temperatures. I’ll go somewhere else and you should too. Ridiculous.
