Helecias arrived at the time she promised to for the wedding rehearsal. She traveled 30 minutes to get to our event. Being I am from Gulfport Mississippi I had to search for caterers near Cedar Bluff Alabama to cater the food for my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. I came across her website and I was impressed with what I saw. I was hopeful! The food was hot and neatly packaged with professional labels on every tray. We had planned for 50 people and we had plenty leftover and everyone’s plates were filled and many had seconds. We had food for the party to eat on for many meals after. Late night cravings were cured because the Mac and Cheese stayed so moist and never got dried out after refrigerating and reheating over the next couple of days. The biggest hit was the Mac and Cheese and the banana pudding. Beef tips and green beans were also amazing! Delicious home cooked food! I hope the best for her as she opens her restaurant soon!

I HAD TO COME TO SAY THAT MY SERVICE WAS TOP TIER FROM THE VERY FIRST PHONE CALL DOWN TO THE SERVICE WHEN I SAY SHE WENT BEYOND FOR ME AND IT WAS SOOOO LAST MINUTE AND SHE STILL CAME THRU WITH THE BEST SERVICE EVER.THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND PRESENTABLE AS WELL (((((❤️❤️❤️OVERALL SHE WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST AND WILL DEFINITELY BE USING HER AGAIN )))) OH AND THAT STRAWBERRY ? CAKE WITH THE REAL STRAWBERRIES ON TOP OH MY GOODNESS ??

Helecia and the team did my wedding, and the service was superb from day one. One thing that sticks out is that even in the death of a family member, she wanted to handle our needs. I did not want to be a distraction. She was always on time for our tasting and the venue. She also worked well with our wedding venue. Let's talk about the food… delicious! My nephew, a 10-year-old foodie, wanted to know how her meatballs and Helecia took the time to speak with him. Pricing was also fair. Will use again.

I went to school with Helecia so when my aunt died suddenly I reached out to her about providing food for the repast. Her responses were quick and timely. She delivered the food to the church personally! All of the food was fresh and the chicken was still hot! My family was scraping the bottom of the pan for every bit of the banana pudding. Her prices are amazing. The food quality is outstanding. Her customer service can't be beat! 100% recommend her!

My oh my! My husband and i can not say enough great things about helecia! We hired her for our wedding, we needed to feed 132 people.. First, the food was outstanding, I enjoyed all of it. Even after the wedding people were telling us how delicious it was. She is the perfect balance of professional and personal, I felt like I had known her for years bc she is so friendly and catered to our every need! I can’t thank her enough. If you get the chance to meet her mama just know she can get down on the dance floor! ?❤️ I wish I could relive my wedding day over and over, helecia contributed to making our special day, one to miss!

We hired Helecia's Catering to cater our 31st Annual Reunion. Not only was the food delicious, it was fresh, hot, and Helecia did a wonderful job in the presentation. There was plenty of food. We opted for a Soul food menu. Most of our family can cook and we all agreed the food was delicious. Some of our favorites was the mac-n-cheese, the pound cake, and the salmon was just ridiculously good. We definitely highly recommend Helecia's catering for your catering and cooking needs.

If you are looking for wonderful food this is the right place. The chicken is juicy, the dressing/stuffing is flavorful and satisfying. Oh, if you don't like the collards your taste-buds might need to be checked out by Chef Helecia.Eat Well Y'all
