My mother in law and I went to jacks this morning she ordered 2 cheese burgers without ketchup a chicken sandwich and a kid's meal chicken finger. The cheese burgers had ketchup the fries had no seasoning and the CHICKEN WAS RAW! We didn't have time to go back because she had a Drs appointment so we through it away. The cashier women was rude gripping about what people were ordering in front of customers.

The food here is always great, but I had to walk out today due to being ignored while waiting at the counter. 3 employees looked at me and turned their back. One was walking around with his phone, appearing to be texting. Im not about to spend money at any place that gives crappy service. I'll also note, they were NOT busy. Only one car in the drive thru and one other customer inside.
A+ on food and service. Went through the drive thru, so can't rate atmosphere, but I'm sure it's awesome!

My son and I eat here several times a week. But, today and other days when this manager is working. The food isn’t fresh. It’s already boxed up and the place is completely cleaned up at 7:30 at night. The grease is drained and they won’t cook anything else. They don’t close until 10. So they lose business. We will not eat here on the nights this manager works. Made the mistake and ate there before and the chicken was dry fries old. It was horrible.
