Jack's in Rome GA is the last place I would recommend anyone eating at cause the food was dried out the service thru the drive thru was very crappy we had to wait 30 min on 2-3pc chicken meals 1- with mashed potatoes was supposed to have gravy but did not n 1- with Mac n chez

Came here with 10 min till close cause we just moved to Georgia and wanted to try it and we got all our food but the last meal because they took forever to answer and said we have 2 minutes till close I’m not making your last meal the food was all watery like it sat there all day my drink has someone’s name on the lid so I’ll never go back there wasted money for no reason

Ordered a burger combo and a chicken sandwich combo. Both had cold hard buns. Both sandwiches tasted like they had been sitting around for a long time. Won't go back.

We literally just left this location it was our favorite and we drive from the next county over but this will be the last time we go back! The manger was nice but the girl at the drive thru window was horrible she was cussing and yelling at the other employees it was horrible! The food was horrible we ate inside and waited over 20 mins for 2 meals and that’s ok, I couldn’t taste anything but the oil from the chicken tenders my husbands burger was thrown together and dry as could be! They said they dropped new fries but the was cold and hard! It was a terrible experience! I get places gave off days but this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks!!! The only good thing was the red head manger and she couldn’t get any help poor lady

If your biscuits are hard as a rock, don’t serve them! First time having this issue, but $8 for 2 steak biscuits and the meat was fine but literally could not bite through the tops of either biscuit. Very disappointing and easily avoidable. Make better choices, you know when you make it if the biscuits are old or burnt. Don’t steal people’s money to save food cost.
