Absolutely the worst restaurant on earth. It’s not bad actually just this location. It started when I went through the drive through I told her how I wanted my food she read it back to me and asked me if I wanted to donate a dollar. I said NO she charged me a dollar for the donation. So she basically stole from me. Then I waited forever and my burger was wrong. I told the guy that handed it to me. He took it back and took the lettuce off and gave it back to me. They are suppose to throw them away and re make the sandwich but he didn’t. I will be sure to never waste any time or money here again. I use to eat here a few times a week. But never again.

Waited in drive thru 30 min walked and they hadn't even started on my order and served 3 cars behind me Manager had no answer and gave me my money back very poor night management needs to find her a different career

Usually love this place but it was awful last night!!! The fries were soggy they didn't give me my biscuit or gravy on my mash potatoes and Travis' order was supposed to be a burger plain ass cheese and ketchup instead it was a chicken sandwich with lettuce bacon tomato and mayo! Had to pull up and wait almost 15 mins!!!! It was gross

Purchased sausage and biscuits three times and each time the biscuits was like left overs from day or days before, not fresh at all. Like in baseball three strikes and you are out, will never eat from this place again. The only dine in the place was nasty, food on tables and floors.

Best cheap fast food on several aspects. Taste, temp and quality comes to mind. Opens around 4:30 a.m. for breakfast.
Against my better judgement I went back to Jacks for Gravy and Biscuits the biscuit was hard as a rock I guess they use old biscuits for the gravy biscuits instead of throwing them away I seem to give in and say maybe it will be better this time but it never is.
