My husband and I went in to get 2 steak biscuits but I couldn’t concentrate because of the flies. Yes I said flies they were zooming around like a horror movie and the employees were working like they didn’t exist. It was more flies than customers. We left and called back to speak with the GM who was there but never came to the phone. She instructed the shift manager to tell us she is going to get pest control. Really.

Went to this Jacks. As I was ordering at the counter my granddaughter come to me and stated she didn’t want to eat there because the lobby smelled like marajauna. As she told me this food and I proceeded to the dining room where it absolutely reeked of a strong marajauna. There was another older couple who simply left without eating. I will say it was a male employee kept coming to the dining room . It was so strong there is no way the staff or management didn’t notice, in fact there was one male who kept coming to the dining room and sitting. There has to be cameras that would show the staff member who was smoking the weed but I believe it is overlooked. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be notifying the authorities. I ate there around 6pm on Wednesday. We ate at the large round table. Jest before leaving that male employee came back to the lobby and was sitting.

This is by far one of the best Jack's locations I've visited in years. I recommend the Big Breakfast Sandwichs to all fans of this franchise.
Chicken bacon wraps are the BEST, except they have been out of ranch dressing lately related to stuff issues - sadly - but otherwise Great food

I don’t know what’s going on, but lately the biscuits have been rock hard every morning. For WEEKS! Considering this the only breakfast type food on this side of town early morning, I’m tired of wasting my money praying they are fresh every morning.
