We have been to this location more than a several times. At first, the food and service were on point. After a few visits, it’s like the associates quit listening to what we wanted. 3 different visits we asked for oregano, pepper, and NO salt, then watched them put salt on the sandwiches. We are not wasteful people, so we took them anyway and didn’t say anything. Then during the holidays, my company gave out coupons for free subs and $3 regular and giant subs. No other location said anything about using them, except this one and it’s every time. It’s like they think someone is somewhere making fraudulent Jersey Mike’s coupons or as if the money we’re saving is coming out of their pockets… I had enough and called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge and got a female that seemed uninterested or knowledgeable and I just asked her to pass the message to someone that was actually in charge. I asked why there would be coupons available if we can’t use them, once again no answer. I will not go back to this location because there are others that don’t treat us as if we’re doing something wrong by trying to save a few bucks. Good luck if you decide to go here, the food is good, but service literally sucks.

Crazy thing is they said that twice... the other crazy thing was that we were the only black people in the place. Not saying it was a racial thing but the optics were not good at all. Just saying...

Very poor customer service!! Order a #17 the guy started cooking my food, stopped to take someone else’s order. Didn’t understand why because there was someone working at the register. He had on the same gloves he used at the register and then proceeded to come back to cooking my food. I asked him to change his gloves and his response was I used my knuckles to touch the register. He knuckles are inside of those nasty gloves!! I asked for a refund. Rome Ga!!!

We waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come up, and greet, there was no one in the store. We tried placing our order just for them to say they can’t put tuna on top of chicken. Nothing is being contaminated and she refused to do it. I worked for jersey mikes before and we can do that. We waited for nothing.
