Ordered food on October 12th. At 7:30 pm. We ordered $113.90 of sandwiches for two families that had just finished baseball tournament. My daughter in law goes to pick it up and they told her, we close at 8 pm and we canceled the whole order. They were extremely rude and disrespectful to my DIL. Then I used my card for the entire purchase, I just got today that the refund was $103.47 ! I guess they charge for them canceling our order. Luckily JIMMY JOHNS WAS OPEN till 9 pm so she had to go over there and order at the counter this large order. They were awesome! What a shame they canceled a $113.00 order for pure laziness to make these sandwiches

Wonderful and delicious, just like subway but way better. I got a number three, ham and provolone and my friend got a number 42 chipotle chicken. my number three was delicious as always and my friend came here for his second time ever. He very much enjoyed his sub staff is great and friendly as always and I would love to continue to see great service coming out of this location.

Food is usually alright have had my order messed up before doing online ordering. Going inside is a mess at times they will stop working on your sandwich and jump right to an online order when it comes in. Seems that there are too many employees trying to be in charge rather than work together.

So my aunt ordered from here and they were supposed to deliver to their house. They ended up using a popular delivery service. By accident they delivered the food to the police department instead but then once they recognized the issue, they wanted to bring the same food to her house. When she declined due to the time and having no idea who had touched her food, they and the delivery company charged her and the management at Jersey Mikes were very rude. Now she is having to dispute the charges when she did nothing wrong. Do better Jersey Mikes.
