My review was deleted from yesterday. So instead of someone reaching out to a dissatisfied customer and attempt to fix the situation they tried to silence me. Well I reached out to corporate to let them know about my horrible experience with TY the cashier, the no masks while preparing and serving food, & the long wait. Clearly the store in Rome needs training for their employees and new management. Attached is my review from yesterday!
