Was nice and warm inside after being out in the cold. And we had a very nice and personable Cashier who told us about the latest deals and specials. Food was hot and plenty of it for our money! We will DEFINITELY go back!!

So it's 8:15 pm and I was told by a manager they weren't dropping any more crispy chicken tonight. It's 8:15 on a Friday night, they don't close until 11. On top of that, they tried to serve food that has obviously been sitting up and drying out for probably at least 2-3 hours. Oh, and the lobby is closed. Absolutely the worst customer service and food. Yes, they are making it fresh, but only after I had to tell them repeatedly that they don't close until 11 and it's only 8:15, there is no reason at all that they can't drop fresh chicken. If you don't want to do your job, GET ANOTHER JOB AND LET SOMEONE WORK THAT ACTUALLY WANTS TO WORK. KFC is being ruined by incompetent workers, it doesn't matter what they try to do to improve. Workers like these are what's killing their business. As you can see from the image, it's not even dark yet and the rude heffer photographed definitely don't need to work with the public, extremely incompetent.
Well now, where shall we begin? We got MOST of the food. The tenders that came with the order because of the amount we spent and, the fries we paid for, were missing. This was a mobile order so I went to pick it up. He handed me the bag and said, it was heavy. I asked him 3 times if that was everything. He either ignored me or wasn't listening, either way, he locked the windows and went back to whatever. The food was never that great so, we won't be back. This was ridiculous and, keep in mind this is other peoples money not yours. Do it correctly or don't bother at all. Good bye!!
