My grandson and I came in to the Rom Ga store around noon or 1pm. There was a young man waiting on us. He was so kind to us. He was so sweet to my grandson who is 5 and autistic. That young man was abot 18. He was amazing with him and myself. Great job krispy cream on your food and the store. Well done.

Would love to get a fresh donut but for the past several weeks there is no hot now sign on at this location. I went through the drive thru recently to see if the light was just blown and was rudely told they do not have any hot donuts being made. Their hours online are 5-7. I went at 6. They also didn’t have but 2 other donuts to pick from, neither original glazed.

This is the poorest excuse for a Krispy Kreme. I only go when I forget how bad this place is, and then reminded again so I don’t try it again for another 6-8 months. ONCE AGAIN we tried to order original donuts and they were out, when we tried to order others, we were told they we out as well. I would be PISSED if I was the owner of this place if I was paying employees and not getting any revenue.
I got there to get the assortment of donuts. The associate told me that only 4 flavored donuts were available. The cinnamon swirl was old and tasted like they made it 2 days prior to my visit. The Rome location never has what I want, and deny any fresh donuts coming out of the oven. Nothing like Spokane Valley Wa.99216 locations.

Went to the store in Rome on 2/8/25 service was horrible 😫 the man who was serving us was not happy could barely hear what he was saying. He was tried from what he said. Didn't really get the donuts we wanted didn't have donut dots. Just not happy with service. Always like Krispy Cream Donuts. Need to hire people that want to work and not be tired or can't understand.
