Went thru drive thru today to buy a dozen donuts to take home, only because I had an 8.99 coupon, in lieu of 16.50 list price. As soon as I got home my wife and I dove into the box to enjoy a hot or warm glazed donut only to find them apparently a day old , cold and wet! I have said for a long time that Krispy Kreme has gone down hill but this is the worst! Never again!

The smallest donuts I have ever had. These things have to be 50% smaller than any donuts i have had and a dozen donuts cost nearly $20. This is ridiculous. I won't be back for small donuts at over $1.50/donut. Used to buy a dozen and they would fill the box from end to end. Now you could easily fit 20 donuts this size in this box and I know the box didn't get bigger.

Save your money and time- go somewhere else. I have used this Rome Georgia location for three years, for a big Halloween donut order. The past two years were a scramble to get an order together for me that I made a week in advance; then today, I was told they did not get the order at all, even though I went in the store personally and ordered several days in advance. Beware the guy who writes sticky notes and the girl with red hair: apparently there is very poor communication and laziness that has no consequences. I will not be using Krispy Kreme anymore and will tell others to do the same.

I have came 3 different times for 3 different holiday themed donuts. (Which I stop in multiple times.)Valentines, Saint Patrick’s and now Halloween, I have asked for the assorted Themed dozen all three times and I have been told they are unable to do it. I’m not understanding why. And I buy over $60 worth of donuts each time I stop by for my company. Today was the third time. Not sure if I will be stopping back in.

Had an expired coupon and Ansley handled it so professionally - just excellent customer service - I was so impressed with her. It’s been a rare thing to find someone who actually wants to be of service so thank you Ansley - give her a raise. The donuts were perfect and they made my staff incredibly happy. See you again soon!
